...As for today, I'm looking at a recipe website and picking out several recipes to try. The wife and I are going to do some cooking here in a bit, but I've got to have some new stuff to try out for the upcoming holidays. I'm going to do some major cooking next weekend for all the fun. If anyone wants to join, I will cook plenty (just bring the coffee)!

Good Afternoon Everyone!!!!! It is a dreary day here in central Indy. I am still trying to recover from my 2 days of babysitting. One of my nieces has strep throat and was just laying around and whining the whole time. My other niece was hyper and into everything. I also gave my 2 weeks notice to my boss yesterday. We are losing one of our big brands that we represent and it just wasn't going to be worth it to me anymore. I was getting anywhere from 45 minutes to 60 minutes a store and it was going to go down to 15 minutes a store. I was also going to lose about 1/3 of my stores. This probably isn't the best time to quit your job without having a new one lined up but I should be okay. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Evening everyone!

The last time I was on here was Thursday and I see there is a lot of post to catch up on.

I took my grandsons to a Halloween Carnival last night and we had a blast! We did the cake walk several times and ended up winning 3 cakes!

I hope to catch up on all the post soon! I need to get some sleep.

Well, to keep in tune with the time of year it is, we went to see a scary movie tonight. It wasn't scary at all for the first hour, but the last 30 minutes.....ooooohhhh......

I don't know what made me laugh more....watching everyone jump or hearing everyone scream.

I'm sure you made the right decision by going with your own feeling, if it doesn't feel right, it is not right!! I heard the job markets are recovering quick, maybe something way better will come along for you!! It is never a bad time to quit a job that's not right for you and look out for something better!!

I just got back from the school Fall Festival. We had a great time! I pulled 166 paying customers in the train cars my daddy made to pull behind the 4-wheeler! It took 3 hours and I'm sunburnt, but it was loads of fun.

Sounds like so much fun! hope the sunburn is not too bad

hope every one is having a great day! Today my boyfriend is doing the last bit of cleaning, and maybe we'll be picking out some new stuff for our home, but as we want to move as soon as possible, we don't know if it's a stupid idea to refresh our furneture...

The weather is chilly and rainy, so every one seems to be staying inside... We went to the church, and it was almost empty...
I wish every one a lovely day!!

Days to the Season: 20
Days to Christmas Day: 62
And thus we pass under 3 weeks until Christmas Season 2010 begins on November 13.
Not only that, but we are down to only one lone week until Halloween.
(Now, that's guaranteed to put you in the holiday spirit!)

My sister, nieces and I visited the State Fair yesterday.
(I swear, they go on rides you couldn't PAY me to try. Some of them look like they would give you a heart attack or a stroke -- maybe both!)
Regardless, a good time was had by all.

(I swear, they go on rides you couldn't PAY me to try. Some of them look like they would give you a heart attack or a stroke -- maybe both!)
Regardless, a good time was had by all.
(Hey! I was clever. Didn't buy any of the junk food they did. Just tried a little sample of each. Saved back all the money I spent on their ride tickets. Clever, eh?)

Those are the rides I love! The scarier the better!

I can get full on samples. cheesy You ate the smart way and saved some money!

Id wait until you get your new place too. Im tempted to buy stuff for when I move but as of yet i dont know for definitie I will be moving in the new year...I hope so!!! All I want for Christmas is a new house hahahaha

Today just might be the day Crown. I sure hope so. If they lose this game we could possibly be looking at a 0-16 season. The local sports radio talk show up here is asking, who will win a game first? The Panthers or the Bobcats. They've been asking for 3 weeks!
