Good afternoon,

Just got done digging the driveway out, I need a snowthrower, my back is killing me. We are really making this a Christmasy week, we watched 5 Christmas movies yesterday, and are watching Yogi's First Christmas right now, one of my favorites from childhood. My boys have been playing non-stop with their new toys, they have really loved each and everything they got.
I hope everyone is having a good day.

Merry 3rd day of Christmas!

Good afternoon, Christmas family !

I have been finished working for a while but am just getting to the Countdown thread. I have a horrible cold that has exacerbated my asthma ! UGH. It has been snowing here and is very cold outside. Very Christmassy..

I am hoping I will not have to wind up in ER for a breathing treatment. If my nail beds begin to be blue it will be time to head out. I hope all here are feeling well.

Take it easy CM3, hope this cold passes quickly.

sitting in the house after digging out from a ton of heavy wet snow and already missing the christmas music not being on the radio !!!!!
I too was lamenting about the lack of festive tunes on the radio until I remembered Merry Christmas Radio! cheesy
A place we can always count on for Christmas music any time of the year!!!

Go to Live365. You can have Christmas year round! And you can add many Christmas stations to your presets!

we used to put my daughter in the bathroom with a hot shower going (curtain closed) and let the room fill with steam. She would sit in there until the hot water ran out and then be feeling much better when she came out.

Hope everybody had a fantastic Christmas. I can't brag enough about well mine went. Great times with family and friends. And 9 inches of snow on Sunday to cap off the extended holiday weekend. Truely a winter wonderland in my neighborhood. Coming into work today was not pleasant but I have a three day weekend to look forward to with lots of football on the tube.

.....Last year on Christmas Countdown, we had over 8,000 posts. Each year, we get better and better at spreading the word of Christmas Countdown. I have copied what Crown wrote at the beginning of last year. So many of us set personal goals, so it only seems right for Christmas Countdown to have goals. Earlier last week, we tried to hit 300,000 posts on the whole forum; and we did! This year on Christmas Countdown, we, at first, had a goal of 14,000, then 15,000, then 16,000 because we kept reaching those goals. Please join us! This is absolutely the BEST site on the web. The people here are friendly Christmas lovers! And age is no problem--we have teenagers (maybe some younger, not quite sure) all the way up to grandmas and grandpas and everyone in between!

Now here's a person who's REALLY got the Spirit!

Hello all! Hope you had a merry merry Christmas! We did. William broke out in hives on Christmas morning and we took him to emergency. He is fine, it was just something he either ate or touched. We are not sure. I FINALLY got my ipod replaced!!!! A 8 gig ipod touch and guess what? It works with MMC radio!!! So even when Im on the can (HAHA) I can listen to it hah. I love it. Im going to load my Christmas music on it. I also have a countdown to Christmas and advent calendar on it too! I'm at work so I have to get going. Take it easy and Ill post pictures soon!

Sounds like Music Choice is doing it right! Playing music through the 12th Day of Christmas! I had it on this morning while I was writing thank-you notes for Christmas gifts. Earlier today, the Weather Channel was still playing some Christmas music during the local forecast. That's helping to ease the post-Christmas blues for me! But tomorrow it's back to the office (I worked from home today because of the blizzard), and the blues will probably set in then---but I still intend to leave the Christmas tree on my office desk and the Rudolph characters in my toy barn at the office all this week.

Just a note of interest. Our own MerryCarey was on MCR (Merry Christmas Radio) today with her sultry voice telling about SPUG. If you don't know what that is, then tune in!! I listen to Christmas year round on Live365. I have pre-programmed many Christmas stations into my presets. I am NEVER without Christmas music! And this takes us to 83 posts to reach 16,000 posts and 84 to go over on Christmas Countdown. Chat it up, Christmas people!!!

My parents used to do that with me (I've had asthma since I was titchy - still do) and it actually made me worse. I used to wait until she'd left then open the window and stick my head out :-?

Have you a Ventolin inhaler L.??

Hey Mo !! Actually I use albuterol as an inhaler. The chest tightness seems to be abating a bit...If I get worse, I will definitely head out. The hospital is only a hop, skip and a jump away !!! Thank you everyone for caring about me !!! xo

Wow, this sounds wonderful! I'm going to go hunt down Live365 on my radio. Thank you!

And Caninemom3, I do hope you can get better without a hospital visit!
