I am just waking up, drinking coffee and reading the best forums around! cheesy

My usual Sunday, church then work, then get ready for a busy week with the grandkids.

I hope you all have a great Sunday!

Has anyone heard from Brad. Are things ok? I am on an iPhone and cannot read the entire thread. I am concerned with the flooding there. Yabba!
He was just on here Friday and told us his band was going to be playing at a wedding reception on Saturday so he is probably just busy with that. Hopefully his area avoided the flood and he is safe!

WAL-MART will begin loading in in three weeks- right after July 4th you will see their stockrooms loading in..

YABBA!

SAME with Garden Ridge... I see their aisles beginninbg to clear of the summer gardening supplies....

Binger...that sure does get me excited! Today :rudolph:I feel more christmassy than normal. That means it is right around the corner (planning that is). I can hardly wait!

Hot as you know what here. Going out to work in the yard all day and then watching a movie tonight. See all later.

Don't work to hard in all that heat!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I am home from church and trying to decide what to make for lunch. I need to run the sweeper today and mop the kitchen. I am going to try and get that done before the nascar race so I can kick back and enjoy watching it. If it is as boring as the last couple have been though I will probably end up taking a nap. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just came here because I could not decide what to make for lunch either after coming home from church. Come up with anything yet?
I think I will make a nice tossed salad, maybe even with some crab in it.

Good Afternoon MMC !

What an amazing service we had at church today. The whole sermon was done in the form of a one man play. Pastor Mike did the story of the prodical son from the view of the son. I'll post the link when it gets put on the website this week if anyone would like to hear it.

Now, to go and make some lunch!
Enjoy your day everyone cheesy

thanx....very exited....seemed like the whole city was on their feet after the game...lol...during the game...you could have been running naked thru the city during the game....cos nobody was on the street, with the exception of the public viewing places.....our team played very, very well....very exited...

and you are right....the vuvuzelas are very annoying....it sounds like an incredible loud sound of beeswarm....but it´s kinda of an tradition over there in Africa since quite some time....I asked my boyfriend who is from Cameroon...he said they have em there too....he hates em

Sounds very interesting. Looking forward to it.

I did not do to well at work today. It was so hot and the big fan that we use was broken. The outside temp was up to almost 100 degrees. Our building has air conditioning but since it has huge warehouse doors on it and they open them often to load out bags of feed it stayed very hot in there. It didn't help that the shirt I wore felt like a sweater! Lol! I was hot and miserable and felt ill. I complained but then turned to the warehouse guys and apologized for whining, they had it a lot harder since they have the hard physical labor of carrying 50 lb bags in and out of the heat. I really felt bad for them. I then realized I don't have it that bad but I still felt ill.

I don't do well in the heat anymore either. I worked at a boy scout camp for 5 years back when I was a teenager and was out in it all day long but now when it gets around 85 I start to get sick if I stay out in the heat for more than a couple of hours.
