Just saw the Branson Christmas commercial for the first time this year! It is now offically Christmas! Maybe the commercials willl be nonstop this year trying to advertise in this horrible economy!(one can hope)

I hope everyone is having a GREAT day. The weekend is almost here and best of all Christmas isn't far away. I can almost smell the chestnuts roasting on an open fire. Well I don't want to rush it, so I guess I will simmer down tonite and watch Its the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown!!! I wish everyone a relaxing evening !!!

Good rainy morning! I'm still getting ready for this potential "wet snow" on Saturday, yahoo!! I hope it comes! We have our first freeze watch tonight, too.

I saw my first tree IN A HOUSE the other day!!! In someone's front window, a big old Christmas tree, all lit up. AND my neighbors have some veryyyyy Christmasy lights in their backyard. I tried to get a good pic but it just comes out blurry. It makes me so happy every time I look out back!

Rainy and cool here today, now talk of snow... yet.... We will also have orur first frost tonight better bring in some of my plants.

That is so cool there is this one house by me that is up before anyone's too, usually right after Thanksgiving, I am keeping a close eye on it!!!

I haven't seen the Branson commercial yet, but I have had me ear peeled for it. There is another I hear all the time though....and I can't think what its for though. It starts out with bells jingling. Darn, wish I could think of it. I will hear it again soon, I'm sure.

I can't wait to see the 1st Christmas tree up in a house! I don't want mine up yet, but would love to see someone elses!!! :grin:

I'm leaving for the Smoky Mountains today!! The kids are in school till 3:30, so I'm working till lunch, then heading out to do a little last minute work and packing. I can't wait!

I'll try to find some wifi while I'm travelling so I can check in. I hope y'all have a great weekend!

Well, off to work I go, I have watched the news and there may be a possibility when I drive home tonight it could be snowing, they are now saying we may get a coating to 4 inches.

That will put my already hyped Christmas feelings into overdrive.

i like the kisses commercial when all the silver ones ring like a bell and they have one red one at the top!!! Or the m&m one where they meet santa and says he is real and he says that about them!!! Too cute!!!

Things are happening so fast this fall. I totally forgot about the Ga/FL football game this weekend! I usually always go to that game,Ga always loses but last year was close! I am a Ga fan through thick and thin and always will be. Maybe next year things will be slower and I can go to it since it's just about 2 hours drive from my home. I simply can't believe I forgot about it. what is the world coming too? I guess I will watch it on Espn!

Hi Christmas family! Just wanted to say hi and check in real quick! I haven't read the countdown today yet and I don't know if I will, but will do so tomorrow if I don't. I did want to make a post though.

I am on my way to the dentist (which I dread) and then have to come home quick, then I have to do something quickly for dinner (not sure what yet), then trick-or-treating is at 6. After that, I hope to catch a quick nap because I work tonight at 11.

Just getting home and watching A trial on tv..it makes me nervous to watch real life trials. I would be a nervous wreck if I ever had to serve on a jury! anyways I am still full from lunch and don't even want to think about eating dinner. I can't wait for the weekend to get here. Caution, Made --- some formulations of Robitussin and Mucinex include dextromethorphan, which is also in DayQuil --- and Robitussin and Mucinex both contain guaifenesin --- you might be getting too big a dose of something if you're taking all three.

Oh, for the good old days when NyQuil was 25% alcohol. It really DID make you feel better and fall asleep.

We're taking EA trick-or-treating tonight - she is going to be Dora the Explorer and her little side kick Boots, well, since DS is just 3 1/2 months, they had a costume for him, so we thought we could dress him up and push him around in the stroller. My DH and I are going to a party then on Saturday and taking the kids to a Halloween parade the lasts a few hours before we go to the parade. Sunday, we're taking them to a kids party and then going to my mom and dad's for pizza and to carve pumpkins. How about you Stacey?

I am drinking a cup of Pumpkin Spice coffee from Sheetz, I have been hooked on this stuff for the last couple years, it is only available around Halloween, but next to Starbucks Christmas blend, I look forward to this coffee most all year.

I love Sheetz coffee - it's awesome!
