Ha ha! That is funny, Made!
That is my grandson's favorite Christmas song. I wonder what he would think of this version?

Good Morning, friends!
TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope you all are having a jolly day so far :-D
We got some great news yesterday that I wanted to share! Harlowe just had some more labs done earlier in the week to check her progress, and the results came back with her Liver & Gallbladder in the normal range! Yippee! So ecstatic she is doing better...it has taken 6 months, but it finally happened and that's all that really matters. We're so relieved and happy, the best Christmas present we could've gotten!!!!!!
Here's one of my favorite pictures of Harlowe! ----> View attachment 1056
Hi everyone. Getting ready to go out with DH and the kids and do
some shopping.
Well, I found out that all my pain is just my back, but she diagnosed me with like 4 or 5 different issues. Now I have to start seeing the chiropractor again. Hope it helps!
Talk to you guys all here later on!

Glad to hear that you have a diagnosis and know what you're dealing with, I'm sure it eases the mind a bit. I worked for a chiropractor for @ 5 years, and everything he did for me really helped. Good luck to you, sugar! Hope your back is feeling great again, soon. Have fun shopping with your family today cheesy
That is great news about Harlowe!!!!!!

That is sad. I will say a prayer. =(Well I just got some bad news. My sister's neighbor has a son that is 17 and confined to a wheelchair because of MS. They took him into the hospital with what they thought was pneumonia earlier this week but it turned out that it was fluid on the lungs and his gallbladder. Yesterday they determined that his heart wasn't working at full capacity and today it has gotten even worse. Right now they don't think he will make it through the weekend. So if you could just say a quick prayer for him and his family I would appreciate it.
Thanks, Ann. Yes, it's a very old cemetary. I haven't taken the time to walk through it completely, but some of the graves date back to the mid-1800's.My condolences for your loss--I'll keep your family in my prayers. BTW, a family cemetery is kind of cool--the family must go back quite a ways in that area?

Good Friday morning, my Christmas friends!
I'll be out of the office for a few hours today. My mother-in-law's sister passesd away Wednesday, and the funeral is today. She lived in Atlanta, but visited often. She'll be buried here in the family cemetary. She was a great lady, and I'll miss her. Her grandson and my son have become great friends (as well as cousins), and I think he'll be staying with us this weekend.
we had a great time yesterday!
Visited a winery and sampled several wines before buying a bottle of 2009 sussreserve Riesling white for our Christmas dinner.
We had dinner at Cracker Barrel just off the I90 near Buffalo, made it home before the snow started.
Also mailed all my cards while in NY because it cost less than 1/2 of what it would off cost to mail them form here.
Also go to meet an 87 year vet from WW2 at the post office....he told me not to move so fast and let him open the door because he was raised to have good manners! Such a delight to get to talk to him for awhile.
you can borrow my portable heater...

glad to hear it all worked out, to often we worry first, ask questions later!
Thanks, C-A-H.
As you may or may not be aware, Art Carney portrayed Santa at least 2 times.
First, he was in a Twilight Zone episode entitled "The Night of the Meek" and then in the full-length movie "The Night They Saved Christmas".
Both are well worth the watch and I try to see them every Christmas season!
Good Morning, friends!

*Thanks to all who have been thinking of her, and saying prayers* They are greatly appreciated xo
We are enjoying all of your Christmas cards immensely~ thank you again!
Have a wonderful weekend! Hope it's Christmassy!
Good morning, Christmas friends. It is cold here in northern California, but the sun is shining; so no snow for us! But what else is new? I have been thinking of all of you. Please know that I am thinking and praying for all of us who have health issues, sweet furbaby issues, family sadness, etc. Have a great day, everyone.

You are doing better than me. I am not that far behind but can't seem to catch up! I am just trying to stay with the current post now. =)Good afternoon, my Christmas family! Boy, I sure have missed you guys!
I was nine days (yep, you read it right, nine days!) behind on the Countdown. All caught up now, though . . . YAY!!!!!!!!!! I managed to do it while working, too. I can multi-task quite well at times!
This morning I cleaned house with Palmer following behind. As a result, I cleaned house twice  She is quite the little mischief maker now . . . or as my brother likes to say, "Quite the little Dickens!" One broken antique lamp, cat litter strewn from one end of her area to the other, toys all over the place and one extremely irritated Maui. P is now sleeping angelically in her cat bed where she is going to stay for a few hours, at least! Gosh, I love having her around so much. I never realized how much fun a kitten could be as all of the ones I've had have been outside cats.
I need to get back to work . . . Christmas movies are playing in the background, snow is on the ground, I've been receiving word that my cards and packages have been making it to their destinations and a few have been making it to me, too . . . it is getting a bit Christmassy here!
Have a MERRY day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's fantastic! I won't be home from work yet but good luck to whoever wins it!Bronner's Christmas Wonderland has donated an ornament to be given to one lucky participant of my chat on Sunday. The chat is at 6 pm Eastern time. I hope to see a lot of you there!
