Good morning friends, it's great to be back after my trip to Montreal. Had a great visit with my son and returned to find temps in the upper 60's here in Illinois. Wishing you all a safe and happy week.

Well I think it may be time to get a new car, depends on what the mechanic tells me. A few years ago I was in an accident which damaged my rack and pinion, among other things. The people that did the repair did not do a very good job, I took my car back 3 or 4 times, one of which was to replace the rack and pinion they put in because it was leaking. Well I ended up paying to replace it last year with someone different, now it is leaking again. It has a lifetime warranty on it, but if it is going to be an ongoing problem, I might just have to get rid of the car. Problem is I can't afford a new car.

Sorry the car is giving you trouble, I hate how when you take a car in for repair, and you have to take it back to have the same thing done over and over.

Good morning friends! Up and at em! I'm about to finish drinking coffee and then head outside to play for a few hours. Trying to plant some trees, but the holes have to be 6 ft wide and 18 inches deep. Have you ever tried doing that in wet gumbo dirt? Does not make for an easy time. But sitting here doesn't make it any easier! I'm off....see yall later!

You are not kidding.lol I pass those things all the time when I am going to/from work...what's worse and I am not kidding at all; is some people around here even drive those little scooters for the disabled...on the friggin highways!! so dangerous!!

During the winter, we had people in those scooters and electric wheelchairs on the road because sidewalks or shoulder of the road had to much snow. I was scared to see them on the busy roads.

Good morning everyone! I am currently stopped and eating a very late breakfast at IHOP! it looks like I am going to be driving through some rain today,but I am eager to get home. I am feeling alot better today,even my energy has come back. Life is good again,I hope anyone who is sick gets to feel better soon,I have forgotten how rotton it is to be sick...Next year I am getting the flu shot! although I don't know if that would have helped me this year with laryngitis but next year I will not take any chances!

I haven't been to IHOP in forever, hope your drive is going well.

Well. I am not usually so cheery but today a great thing happened !!

I AM OFF PROBATION !!!! And after only A MONTH AND A HALF !!! WOOO-HOOO !!! Maybe my head has something in it other than feathers after all !!!! Had to share with you my family.

I hope all have a WONDERFUL day and I will let you know as I continue on with my "English"lessons LOL !!

Good morning, Christmas friends. It's another overcast day here in northern California. Dinner is in the crockpot: whole kernal corn, carrots, mushrooms, onions, barley, stew beef, and beef shank. I can hardly wait for dinner. Right now I don't feel great, sort of run down. Tomorrow I will start physical therapy. I will be so glad to start feeling better. What a whiner I am!! I hope everyone has a great day!

Sounds yummy, I will be doing a pot roast in the crock pot tomorrow.

My area got recognized this morning for always being ready for the opening now, just back a few months ago the department was struggling and never ready when there was no one in charge. I am proud of what we have all accomplished since I took over just about a month ago, and proud of my employees they all bust their rumps. Wifeypoo is all excited for DWTS tonight, I guess I have to watch, because she has been putting up with my hockey games, I am just not much of a fan. Dinner will be ready soon, so have a good evening.

I never got much into DWTS but I don't mind it too much. The only competitive show I watch from beginning to end is American Idol. Very sweet of you to join your wife in watching it. Maybe you will enjoy it tonight! cheesy

Still digging in the ground. The dirt here is awful. Spent bout three hours digging and then took a break. After that, two hours more spent in the hole. Finally done with hole #1. After that, one of my friends came up and said he had a tractor and he could come take it out in one swipe.

Shower, Dancing with the Stars, then lasagna that my wife made. YES!!
