More'n that (not counting Crown 84) ... I lost count of how many are in my mouth. Ten or more, I think, including the implant. If I could've invested what I've had to spend in dentistry through the years, I'd be financially independent. But when I was nine they told me I'd have full dentures before I was 30, and at least that didn't happen.

In a bit of peace of quiet before work, my wife had to go pick up some things for my sister's visit, LC is at daycare, and JP went with her. Back to work in a little more than an hour, I would rather stay home and watch Christmas movies, though. Keeping my fingers crossed, router is a-ok still. Maybe see you all at the Pines!

The Crowns are off (no, the family, not tooth crowns) to SC for our annual family reunion Friday and a Countdown volunteer will be needed for Saturday and Sunday mornings.
First come -- first served!

Days to the Season: 95
Days to Christmas Day: 137
Scarcely over half a week off now from the 3/4 Season marker!

Finally some gradually cooling weather is predicted for the next few days.
Should make the trip nicer on Friday.
It is a pleasant 74 degrees here at this hour.

Carl will be at the front door of the Shispering Pines today to welcome all comers with that ever-coveted first free Fired Twinkie and glass of Sweet Southern iced tea or cup of coffee - your choice.
(I would go with the tea, personally, but hey.....)

I hope the first day back goes smooth for you friend and be thankful your not a principal at one of the schools on the south side of Indy. Franklin township here in Indianapolis decided to stop bus service. Instead they sold their buses to a non profit who is charging $475 a year to pick kids up. They only had 10 percent of the kids sign up for it so they had to bring in police this morning to control the traffic backups created by all of the parents trying to drop off their kids. It sounds like the average time in line this morning was 30 minutes and I don't even want to imagine what it's going to be like this afternoon when they go to pick the kids.

The school district I graduated from started back August 1st. A lot of the other districts started today but my niece's doesn't start until monday.

It feels great here today too!!!! After 23 days of 90 degree weather yesterday we only made it to 89. Today we are only supposed to get to 82.:???:
 
Good Morning Everyone!!!!!!! It was a cool morning here in central Indy and tonight should be even better with a low of 56 projected. I get to spend today and tomorrow babysitting my nieces and my sister. My sister is on so many different prescriptions that she is kind of loopy. She is starting to sound better though. My brother in law should be home in plenty of time for me to make it to the pines. I'm probably going to need a nice relaxing cup of Carl's special blend with the way my nieces are acting today. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!
 
It's happening again

Okay. This is getting SERIOUSLY weird. Now Opera is not working. I am getting the message that it cannot find the remote server. I just wanted to let all know. Maybe this is just a glitch (I HOPE !) and it will be okay.........
 
And CM3 just won't stay down !!! I am back AGAIN. I had to uninstall Opera and start all over from the beginning again. Good grief !! I really hope a new router is going to do the trick..........this is tiring !!! xo

I was thinking about you while listening to the news reports.It looks and sounds like some people are being destructive just for the sake of being destructive.
Keep safe and I hope it all settles down quickly.

I just have one or two questions. Now, I know it probably depends on the type of router, but can anyone tell me, do I just hook it up and my wireless will detect it or is there likely to be software to install first ??
