Do you realize we are only TWO days away now from the 2/3 Christmas Day Milestone??

Bright, sunny and calm here at this hour, where we stand just over 70 sensationally strollable degrees.
No rain forecast until Friday, likely dependent on the track of Hurricane Irene which is steadily looking more ominous.
We are keeping a weather eye on the storm (not that there's much we can do about it!).

Good morning! Well today is going to be very long... Got about 3 hours of sleep due to an ill kitten. My poor buster has gotten sick about 9 times now In the last 6 hours... I'm very worried..however he doesn't go outside.. So that takes a couple possibilities outta the mix... So off to the vet we will go! I'm Hoping that it's nothing horrible praying whatever it is, isn't terminal. My other kitten, Emery, seems to be fine.. Full of energy,doesn't quite understand why his brother is sleeping... When he could be running around causing havoc on everything and everyone in sight! Haha

Well hope everyone's day is magical, ttfn!

My brother was admitted into the hospital in NC for inflamation on his brain. Several things are collectively wrong with him--Agent Orange esposure in Viet Nam, diabetes, (now) blindness as a result of diabetes. My niece is an RN and is keeping me informed. Chocolate zucchini bread is out of the oven and cooling. Buttermilk thyme muffins are in - they smell so yummy! The perfect accompaniment to the pasta salad leftovers.

Good Tuesday morning everyone!

Hope everyone is having a good morning. I'm at work just waiting for a call. We are doing well. Next weekend we are going down to Windsor to stay at my Dads new place. Should be fun. Oh hey! Tomorrow is Pinesday! Wooo. I cant wait for that. Slow slow day at work today. It was a nice cool day yesterday but today its going to be in the 90's. Well Fall is coming! Some trees are starting to lose their leaves. In about a month I will be starting to put up Fall/Halloween decorations! *woo-hoo!* Hope everyone is doing well. Prayers go out to all that have family issues or people who are sick or need them! If it wasn't for MMC and all of you, Id go CRAZY! hehe. Hope everyone has a great day!! Poor little Buster, I hope he's feeling well soon. What a great name for a kitty ... we had an old friend who used to joke about a neighborhood cat named Buster Kitten! (Vintage-film fans will get the pun!)
