The pot roast was yummy, just wish I could have actually tasted it, but I ate plenty of it. On a good note, the town's grocery store reopened today, I picked up a few things, but it felt good to actually be in there. They now have pictures on the side wall of the town pre-tornado. I will probably be heading to bed soon, doctor's orders.

Hey everyone I just got emails from last spring me and brandi spring cleaning my yard! I know I know...big deal.lol but its great seeing home after all this time! I've downloaded them here http://mymerrychristmas.com/forum/album.php?albumid=611

I've noticed 2 things I really am gettting a middle age spread..and you can really tell the difference in our ages and she even looks younger than she is(she is legal)...her students loook as old as her and she hates that right now...anyhow have a great night everyone!

Yes, I teach English in 3rd grade. The superintendent asked me to teach high school English this year, but I declined. Hate to tell you this, but Grandmother can see your posts!! I thought you knew that!

Attn:Seawaters: what grade do you teach and do you teach English? My grandmother on my dad's side taught 3rd grade English for 43 years and would be horrified over my posts here at mmc! thing is she always without fail corrected me about my incorrect speech...but she died back in 98 before the internets really got going,I can just hope and pray she cannot see posts here today!

Anyway I feel a little better but still not perfect but I will survive I guess. 12 days left in fact I have already started packing up some things. hope everyone has a good friday!

That's so precious!!!

Good morning .... What a beautiful day... sun is shinning and its very nice crisp, chilly morning.... LOVE these types of mornings. It means the best time of the year is just right around the corner. Even our kids are feeling it. Last night hubby and I had to go pick out new tile for the kitchen back splash and left the kids home with my mom. When we came home our daughter was in the living room watching Santa Claus 3 and our son was in my moms room watching Polar Express. Just gotta love it!

With those great temps, fall colors, and a mountain fair, life must be grand for you indeed!!!

Its looking like a great day. Its Friday, we hit the 100 day mark, and our high temp is only supposed to be 59 today with a low in the upper 40's. The leaves are showing a little color. We are going the the mountain fair tomorrow. I always enjoy the livestock shows. Hope everyone has a good day and a great weekend.

I agree with CM3---I think you should see the doctor ... but at the very least, please stay hydrated. Whatever you've got will be that much worse if you don't!

I want you to know that I know where the gall bladder is, but when I had attacks, they felt like they were in my stomach. Get it checked out.

Yes, I have had those symptoms and they are horrible!!!! I feel like I am dying! It usually lasted 24/48 hours. If you are not better by then, see a doc. Most of the time it gets better within that time and it sounds like your last post you are feeling a little better. Stay hydrated! Gatorade or Pedialyte is a good thing to drink if you can get some. Get well soon!

So sweet, so innocent, and so funny!!!

This is a little embarrassing but I thought was funny. We are potty training our 2 year old granddaughter or I should say, she is really potty training herself! We just don't think of it too much, she is the one that keeps running to the potty on her own and doing VERY WELL. Shocking, I never seen it this easy. My own kids were not that easy!

Anyway, the embarrassing story. I went to the restroom and my granddaughter heard me flush the toilet, she started clapping and saying, "Yay! Good grandma, you go potty"! :lol:

You are going to have so much fun with her. How much older are you than she? My kids were 14 years older than their younger brother, and they LOVED Christmas when he was younger!

Less than 100 days really looking forward to it this year as my baby sister will be 2 1/2 so will understand it all a little more

I give my best friend a house from St. Nicholas Square Village every year! Always fun to look at what's new! So nostalgic & fun!!!! I try to give her something from our hometown when we were growing up... shoe store/grocery, hardware, gas station, bar, church, mill... :grin:

Well it is a beautiful Friday here. Woke up it was 48 degrees, burrrr right now it is warming nicely we are at 63, YAY!!! I leave for vacation tomorrow, I cannot wait, so I may not be on a lot next week or at all really. My husband, my baby (the dog Snickers), and I are going to Maine!!! I just cannot wait!!!

I order these NY Giant snow-globe tree ornaments, they look really cute and they are small too, there are 3 of them, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to arrive so I will let you know when they come in how they really look.

I had my gallbladder removed nearly 6 years ago. I think when I have had these symptoms like this it was just a virus but maybe with Gabulldawg it could be different. Very well could be the gallbladder with him.
