She had the most horrible screaming attack due to a terrible headache...now I dont know if it is a migraine...or if she was just overly tired...it was just heartbreaking to see her in pain......I cried after she fell asleep, too......so prayers would be highly appreciated

Meceka it does!!!! I have to pull out this recipe I use it on, it is a plain vanilla cake really with chucks of apples and I make two 8" round pans of it spread the Apple Butter between the two and make a cream cheese / apple butter frosting, I just add apple butter to my cream cheese frosting. It is a big hit!

My pup, Harlowe, has been ill again for the past few days, and I'm concerned. I've put a call into her vet, her appointment is still a few weeks out. Waiting to hear back from her on how to proceed, where we go from here. Please say prayers and send good thoughts!

Aweh, Hope Harlowe Gets better soon What's wrong with her?

Harlowe was diagnosed with suppurative inflammation of the liver a few months ago. They never could pinpoint what caused it. She was in & out of the vet hospital for IV treatments & monitoring. She was on antibiotics, steroids, and liver support meds up until last week. Symptoms are showing up again, unfortunately...

It has been a pretty tough day, and coming here & finding all of the kindness & well wishes is really quite comforting. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!(Harlowes, too)

So sorry to hear about Harlowe. I will keep you and her in my prayers. This past week my husband actually found a mass on my 5 year-old golden retriever, Ella. We have an appointment with the vet next week. I am hoping it's just a fatty deposit, but it's pretty big. I know goldens are known for cancer - it makes me sad because she's sooo young. I am trying to keep my head up and tell myself until I know something to not get upset yet.

As I just posted in my mega post, as other people have been posting about their fur friends lately, my 5 year-old golden retriever Ella is healthy that we know of (thank goodness). However, my husband was petting her the other day and found a huge mass on her (it's located right below her rib cage). It's pretty big, so we're not sure what to think. She has an appointment with the vet this coming week. I don't want to freak out yet, but it's just scary. She's young and I just hope it's a fatty deposit or something along that line. If you guys could say a prayer for her, I would appreciate it. As you guys who have fur friends, you all know too well, their your buddies and she was our first "baby". Thanks guys! I appreciate it.

Prayers are being sent up for Kandice & you as well! Hope she is still resting peacefully. How old is Kandice, track? The reason I am asking is that I started having migraines when I was @ 12. In my case, they were hereditary, my Dad got cluster migraines. They can be so painful, and nauseating. The only thing that really helped for me was a dark room, and to sleep it away. Doctors put me on prescription meds soon after, one for preventative, and one to take if you still got one.
Are you guys having any drastic weather changes? I know that can be a real trigger.
At any rate, I really hope she is feeling well again. I'll continue to keep her in my thoughts!

This humidity is hanging on here in PA... making me slowly lose my mind! I turn into such a grouch when it's humid! I am getting through it knowing we won't make it out of the FIFTIES on Sunday!!! Yahoooooo!

Good afternoon, MMC! Happy Pines Day! Hope this finds everyone well! Today is my day "off" I worked nights last night, so I got home this am at about 8:15 am and slept 4 hours or so and I work daylight tomorrow. What a day off! Oh well...I don't do that all the time, thank goodness!
