So refreshing to hear your approach on potty training! Exactly the way I do it. No need for hollering as it's not as effective in training. Just lots of love and praises when they do good and they catch on! I NEVER can seem to get mad at my animals ever! Lots and lots of baby talk! They are so spoiled!

About a video, I posted one as a blog. I don't see why you couldn't do the same.

Asking how I am feeling? I have felt great the past 2 days! Yay! Let's hope it stays that way!!!

well not sure about the weather today, as i've not seen dawg's weather post but yesterday was gorgeous. felt like a mid spring day. sigh of envy! sure hope today has similar temps.
bought me a coupon organizer & gonna try to empty out all my envelopes full of them & try to....well, organize some.
my hubby has to go out of town next week & i hate it. when he came in yesterday he said their talking about sending him to china in late March early April. uugh. next week he's off to Tennessee which isn't so bad but China?
i feel so uneasy w/out him here. 21 years & my heart still skips a beat!
looking forward to this weekend as it's gonna be my last few days off for a while. i hope to get lots done but we'll just have to wait & see.

yeah, i really hope he doesn't have to go. he was telling me this morning about some immunizations he will have to get if he goes. i think he's really dreading it too.


i'll be checking in often today. 1st i'm gonna drop daughter off @ school & go by my rents to send them off. their going to my sissy's @ the beach for a week. they go very often & just last night i was "fussing" w/ my mama that they need a cell phone. they go all the time & do not have one. when my mama goes on day trips i usually give her mine to use. she did say they were talking about it but..... they're older & their car isn't new by any means so i worry something could happen. i'll set my clock when they leave & will await their phone call telling me they made it @ a set time. they think it's funny, i think it's practical, what do ya'll think?

Your not beleive this i do the same thing and thats only my uncle walking into the town . if he says he will be back in a hour and he is not back round the time i start to panic. and if by any chance i hear a amblance siren am panic stations right away.. i just dont want anything happening to him. just like yourself i guess. and he thinks its funny to .!!!!!

well i'm glad to see i'm not the only one. sent them off but keeping an eye on the clock so i'll know when they should be calling me telling me they're there safe & sound.

The worst part of the meal was when I was too full to eat more. Heartbreaking! I guess I didn't go all out for the German meal, 'cause I washed it down with sweet tea. I just asked myself, "What would Crown do?"

I have a busy day lined up, so I better get back to it. I'll check back in in a bit.

Guten Freitag morgen, meine Weihnachtstag freunde!

We had the most wonderful schnitzel and German potato salad in the world last night! We even had fresh bread baked using ingredients shipped over from Germany. You should have washed it down with a nice German beer, Brad. I love German beer. But, then again, I don't like to drink with my meals... It does not allow me to eat as much! Sounds as if it were delicious!

A bright, chilly morning here, my wife has her Mary Kay open house tonight, so I am in charge of getting the kids out of here so they don't interrupt the party, I am taking them to an indoor playscape place, and then Burger King for dinner. I will be exhausted by them tonight. Next weekend we go to a wedding in Vermont, maybe there will be some snow up there.

As of two weeks ago, there was snow in Vermont. I am sure that it will still be there next weekend! Such a beautiful state, especially during winter!

Good afternoon, everyone! Friday afternoon!

I am still on lunch. Best part about taking a later lunch is that there is that much less of an afternoon to complete. Barely over 2 1/2 hours left in my shift. Hooray! The weather is a little mild today. It is hovering around the freezing mark. There is no sun, which is great for the local outdoor rinks. I have to work at ours tonight. Only for three hours, and I get paid to play hockey! Not much, but paid nonetheless. It should be nice!

I ordered a weightlifting belt from Amazon.com on Wednesday afternoon. I did not ask for any extra shipping, etc. Somehow, it took less than 24 hours to reach my front door. From (near) Lexington to Ottawa. Incredibly impressive! Normally, I don't like to wear anything during my workouts, but I think I need to worry about my safety more with these heavy weights that I have reached now. Don't want to make a wrong move with 350 pounds on my shoulders/upper back!

My lunch is nearly over. I should return to work. Happy to see that we're only 9 days away from our 1/4 to the Season Milestone.

Plus a member over there is in the process of establishing an event radio scanner feed! That will be good listening for the weekend!

Around 1PM we had two Bell 412 twin-engined helicopters making practice approaches to the south end of LOS. Both were unmarked and very dark blue or green. Probably not military, and from past experience, they are most likely the FBI counter-terrorist teams.

TGIF - I hope all of you are having a wonderful day so far and that your work day is flying by! Mom is doing much better today. The only things that are bothering her is that she is still pretty tired, and she keeps getting an awful tickle in her throat. The tickle makes her cough which is putting her in a lot of pain from the throat surgery.

I am feeling a lot better today, thankfully! My acid reflux has been kicked up for a couple of days now and it was really bothering me yesterday.

We are having a quiet Super Bowl weekend here. We're going to have some good snacks and everything, but my mom is obviously still recovering so we aren't having company - except maybe my brother's girlfriend.

My dad just brought up to me that my 21st birthday is 3 months away! Well, technically, three months from yesterday...but close enough! It is during finals week, of course - so I won't be doing anything exciting. I am not a big drinker because I get really sick lol so I won't be missing much.

I just spoke yesterday to my good friend that lives up your way(south hadley) and he is going for his annual snowshoe-ing trip in vermont that weekend too,I told him he was worrying for nothing and there would be snow...he said this was the first year that he even worryied about whether there was snow on the ground...I will have to remember to ask him how his trip went!! but for sure this winter has been a very mild "winter" except maybe for the people in Alaska.!

For some reason it feels like a Thursday! I don't know why it just has that 'feel' to it. Tonight is going to be a quiet night...which since January 7th it seems comes alot which is fine by me,we have just 2 more weeks and Brandi will go back to work,time is just flying by. They were talking on "bob and sherri in the morning" this morning about why they should move Superbowl to Saturday nights,but I don't know since I never usually drink anyways during the game It's like tradation for being sleepy on monday morning and talking about the game and commercials. @MADE-have fun and enjoy the festivities. When the superbowl was in Jacksonville,Fl a few years back i drove down there that weekend it was only and hour and a half drive,but it was amazing,I am sure Indianapolis is a much larger city than Jax,I will never understand how jax landed the superbowl but the economic impact is great for the cities they come too! have a great friday night everyone!
