Well, maybe not 100%, but it's the Hallmark's Christmas In July w/ Christmas movies all weekend on their channel & their keepsake ornament premieres in their stores :) Spent most of the day shopping yesterday! Bought lots of their ornaments & decorations, and have been watching the movies too. Loving it! I'll be sad when it's over again tomorrow :smile:

Good Sunday afternoon, my Christmas friends!

We're at my mom's this afternoon. We had a great lunch, and now she's making coffee and cutting the choclate cake. Boy, my mama spoils me!

Methodist Campmeeting starts again tonight, and Nancy's mom and more of her family stay out there day and night in a small house their family owns there. It's a bit too rustic for my taste, though. I like to hunt and fish, but then I want to come home to a hot shower and cable TV!

Going to the kitchen for a cup of coffee. I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy
 
I missed yesterday's milestone! Glad I could celebrate in style, however. Yesterday, I took a trip to Hallmark to take-in all the Christmas in July decorations. Beautiful. I was the only person in the store and the clerk saw me head towards the decorations. "Isn't it cool that all the Christmas stuff is up already?" She asked. I smiled. I told her that I was a Christmas fanatic. She said she was, too! We had a nice little discussion. It was great! I loved seeing all the new ornaments and two full Christmas displays! 2/3 to the Season has truly arrived!!

On a strange note, Kim and I were just at the grocery store and I noticed a full row of Christmas (red and green) Rice Krispies Treats boxes. I think they may have stumbled upon a few old boxes in the back. I was delighted to see it!

I hope everyone else has had a wonderful weekend. Hard to believe it's almost over...!

We get 2 weekends!!!! Christmas movies this weekend on hallmark and next weekend is the big QVC christmas in july sale!!!

I've been caught up into the Hallmark channel Christmas in July all evening and then, I was surfing thru the free movies and I saw that TNT had Deck the Halls and A Christmas Carol (Patrick Stewart) that you can watch. So, now you know why I'm still up and chatting away on MMC.

I still have that Christmas buzz going, since I've been watching christmas movies for the past 7 hours.... I need a candy cane:!!

Maybe It's actually a sugar buzz I have from too many candy canes.....:lol:

So glad you are having a great time watching Christmas in July !!! I missed Deck The Halls and A Christmas Carol, but have been on the Hallmark channel almost nonstop for 24 hours !!! I too have a Christmas buzz !!! xo

I don't even want to count how many nights I've spent camping with nothing but my sleeping bag and a tarp in case it rained. I use to think that sleeping on top of a picnic table instead of the ground was luxury.

Wayne and I have been walking every day for a couple of weeks and now today he is limping. He pulled a muscle in his leg. Hopefully it's temporary and he will be okay soon. I don't like to walk outside alone but I can jump on my treadmill instead. I just rather be outdoors to walk. I hope his leg heals soon!

Maybe he can drive the car next to me while I walk. :lol:

Caninemom, Snow-in-Texas pointed out a Christmas ornament at Hallmark that he thinks you might have bought. It, of course, has a polar bear on it! Curious to see what you got to see if he was right! =)

Sunday is a rest day for most but my busiest day of the week. It's a good thing! I am ready to head out for church and work.
