That is funny you ask because Wayne and I were just talking about what candle scent will he pick out, since he won it, and he said, Smelly Gym Socks scent! He's so silly! :lol: All I saw there was summer and fall scented candles right now so I am HOPING he will pick out the Pumpkin Spice one. Whatever he chooses is fine by me, I like almost all the scents they carry! I will let you know what we end up with tomorrow.

Well I'm going to kick back on the couch and try to stay awake for the first couple of hours of HSN's Christmas in July. Looking at the schedule though I'm not to worried about it. I have a feeling it's going to be a lot of repeat products through out the day.

It rained, It rained!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It only lasted about an hour but that was the most rain we've seen in 3 months.

We need rain badly around here, especially with the forests destroyed by last years tornado, all the dead trees would make one heck of fire that would be hard to contain.

A few years ago Yankee Candle had a "Leather" scented candle, it was the worst scent of candle my wife and I ever smelled. It actually hurt the back of my throat it was so bad. I don't think they make that one anymore, we haven't seen it since then.

Happy Witching hour from the east coast!

Up late trying to catch a little of HSN's CIJ, a rather easy stress free day at work today. Ohh, I loved those Thomas Kinkade Christmas wall hangings that light up from last year, HSN is showing them now, we came close to buying one last year, too bad pay day is a few days away. :-? Day off tomorrow, it is suppose to get near 100*F, so you can find me sitting on an iceberg, or in front of my AC, whichever is colder. cheesy

Good evening, Christmas family

It has been really hot here today.

I got some more hopeful news from the company I am trying to get back with. The owner was asking me what kinds of reports I prefer and I told her it doesn't matter as long as I have enough work and I am NOT working afternoons. She also said everything is on track for me to come aboard with them in about two weeks. I am still being cautious though.........People will promise you the stars and then not deliver......But I am hopeful.....I will keep you up to date on what is happening....

Really hope you get the new job... and hugs to your furbabies as well..how is wish doing these days ?

Have been watching hsn this past hour. they were showing a few outdoor airblown. they look every light compared to gemmy airblown.
And some lights that look like snow falling . now they are at thomas kinkade wall hangings
Hope u all had a nice weekend watching christmas movies. and the hallmark oraments. 2 mmc friends got me the link for the hallmark book and there is some lovely ones in it. good selection to suit all tastes.
Need another cuppa . so you all have a nice day and take care as you go along.. and hugs to all furbabies ~}

Got this email this morning....

If you are interested, we have a 2000 Ford Windstar that we were going to give to Teen Challenge, however, if you would like it you can have it. We had a pre-safety done on it last fall and it needs new brakes and some body work underneath. Not sure of the cost of that, Bryan would have a better idea.

The reason we still have it is because our son Jonathan was thinking of using it for his business, but his plans have changed. We did not drive it this past winter or the one prior. Air still worked the last time we used it.

I have a van now!!! my brother will pick it up and do the work it needs.

I need a little boot in the butt this evening for feeling glum and sorry for myself. My only chance to see Mr. today was before 7 p.m., because he's looking after his dad this evening, and I'll be asleep when he gets home. One of our deep-pocketed clients at the office came up with a request for some new ads at the end of the day, so I had to stay late. I got home just in time for our cars to pass each other on the street as I was getting in and he was leaving. In the morning he'll be asleep when I get up; tomorrow night he's going to his dad's right after work, so I'll be asleep when he gets in ... at this rate I won't see him long enough to talk to until Wednesday afternoon when we leave for the convention. Thanks, client.

To be realistic, that client helps to fund my paycheck, and other folks have much bigger woes than I ... but I felt so forlorn when our cars passed and I couldn't even kiss him on his way. Life is like that. I've got to learn to roll a little bit.

BRILLANT news so glad u got sorted with something ~} my new jeep comes this evening as well.. so for a few days am gonna have 2 as the guy that has bought the grand vitara will not be lifing it to friday and my new one is a landrover freelander its not new as in new its a 2009 ...
