Tomorrow is my MRI. I received a call from Genomic Health today about the genetic testing of the tissue. It will be overnighted to them, and I will have results in about seven days. I went to oncotypedx.com and learned more about it. Very interesting!!!

I tend to agree some of it wood scare the life out of you. same with people telling you there story. but guess everyone id different. and look at it differentas well .some one told me never to read about sickness on the internet. as they alwys put the worst on and some of it is from people that dont have a clue ...never stopped me reading anyway lol !!!!!!

He almost seemed embarrased.
(REALLY makes me want to know who won and just WHAT the prize was!! Will the winning party please identify themself and let us know what this is all about??)

Chilly weather has returned and we are down to 31 degrees here this morning.
At least it is calm and clear with no rain in the immediate future.

It is snowing out again, very fine flakes. There isn't a lot of precipitation on the ground, but it is still a mess out. I'm glad I get to work from home today!

Good morning! I had a great night last night,ate until I thought I was going to pop and slept like a rock. Jordan slept through the night again. She got up once with him I think. We watched Christmas movies last night and I had to say I got the chills once the ending credits started rolling on Home alone 2 it's kind of sad when I know it will be another 8 months before I watch it again. I love the Music soundtrack on the sequal more so than the first one. Today should be pretty busy here at work which is fine by me,I hope everyone has a great weekend eve. I have a lot to catch up on here reading,and I hope to get that done today!

I forgot to watch American Idol last night,I have not gotten into that the last few seasons,I really got into the very first one when it came on in the summer of 2002 when kelly Clarkson won,then the one with Carrie Underwood won was really the last season I watched from start to finish. The only reality show I watch and never ever miss an episode is Big Brother. In the UK there it comes on and IMO the UK version is better. It only comes on once a year so it's easier to get hooked on than Survivor or American Idol. Did anyone watch last night and does it look like it will be a good season?

Now you reminded me of a story about one of my brothers. He managed to get his kazoo stuck on his finger so we headed for the hospital as it was cutting off his circulation and butter didn't make it slip off. We're waiting there and he's in a panic because he has too wait too long. The doctors in emergency are trying to figure out how to get the kazoo off without hurting my brother. Along comes the maintenance man and he cut it off right there in the waiting area. No harm done except to the kazoo. HaHa

Did he still have to pay the co-pay? :lol:

Good Morning Everyone!!!!!! It's going to be a chilly one here in central Indy with some light snow showers throughout the day. I don't have much on the agenda for today. I went to post last night a BIG multi post and my wireless went down, we tried everything BUMMER!!! It is back up and running, but by the time we got it done I was too tried and went to bed... I will need to review the posts!!!

I am not a big fan of idol until they get down to the part when they are at Hollywood week. I did have it on but was flipping through the stations really, I have to admit I like these judges better, I didn't think I would, but I do, they just seem to make better choices. They aren't so nasty either, I never cared for Simon, and I haven't gotten into the X factor show, but I do like that one called the voice, OK Blake Shelton has ALOT to do with it, but it is pretty cool. So to answer your question, yes I watched some of it, but it is way too early to tell if it will be a good season or not, at least for me.

Oh yeah. I made myself really sick a few years ago, diagnosing myself on the internet. Turns out, the internet doesn't know as much as my doctor. :-?

Internet support groups are great. Love and prayers from friends and family are wonderful, but it's also nice to know that you can commiserate with someone in the same boat.

I will say, with some research I found a doctor that could do a tonsilectomy for my daughter that had much less associated pain, and a shorter recovery. That was sure a blessing for our family. cheesy

hey guys! I just wanted to give a little update on that little girl Mia I told you about. Her story has started going national, praying that she can get the surgery because she deserves to live!

Good news! I am sure we will be hearing about it soon here and hopefully all will go well for her!

CAH- Phillip Phillips all the way!!!!!! I still like the brother and sister too.

Yes! He was very good! I will be keeping my eye on him but as always, I sometimes will like someone during the audition then things change through the competition and the contestant doesn't always do as well further along. Hopefully he will always be good because I was impressed.

The brother and sister were good again this year and how funny that the brother didn't want to audition but they made him and he is "Going to Hollywood"! =)

I got a kick out the first audition of that boy that beat out Scotty McCreary in another competition! How wild!

I watched it and get hooked every year. Too early for me to tell if it will be a good year or not but to me it usually is!

I am glad that they did not focus as much on the embarrassing auditions and showed more talent. Last year a lot of people complained, including myself, about all the junk auditions they showed. They went way overboard on that last year! I enjoy watching the good talent more!

I am like you and cannot wait until they get further along in the competition. I enjoy becoming a fan of someone!

Spring like weather still going on here. We will reach almost 70 degrees today and almost 80 tomorrow.

What gets me is everyone around here are saying, "I sure wish spring would hurry and get here". Ummmm, what does it feel like right now? We need winter first! cheesy

We get mild temps during our "winter" but nothing like this!

I am sure we get get a blast of cold air soon and maybe some snow, I hope!

My wife watches American Idol some but I don't care for it. We go to church on Wed nights so she missed most of the show. Except for sports and the new 'Last Man Standing' sitcom, we watch almost no network TV. We are very much a baseball family and watch the MLB network all year long. We also watch the history and military channels some plus the Hallmark channel during the Christmas season. During the MLB off season, a lot of our family TV time is watching old movies and old TV series. We are currently watching season 5 of Gunsmoke, (my Christmas gift).
