I am going to go home and climb into bed!
It was a fantastic leap year party/ 300 days till Christmas party.

Carl says everything is ready for this week's theme of "Leaping Through the Window".

Join Carl and crew today for a fun-filled visit to our friendly resort of choice.
Don't know exactly what parlor game Mr. C has planned but apparently it involves jumping through the 'Pines' French windows to capture something with 200's in it.
(Do you think the door prize could be $200? Or better yet, double-$200??)

That crazy camel!!!! He had us jump through the window while he threw a bean bag filled with 200 coffee beans up in the air. If you could catch the bag before you hit the pool you got 200 free cups of coffee.

I tried it once but carl didn't throw the bag up high enough. I had to flip over to catch it and that caused me to miss the pool and land in the bushes. I'm just glad that I didn't break anything.

Had to do some investigating as I still did not get it,,,,not good with short forms!

I skipped that since I do not like coffee, told Carl if he was going to do tea to call me, but I guess he could not find any!

And right you are !! they grow up so quick that you turn around and you miss something But still a few hours away sometimes is good to. makes you miss them. but we all need a wee bit of time away

I am heading to bed soon, my foot is killing me I was in the freezer and had my foot between 2 pallets, I twisted quickly and my foot got stuck and sent a shooting pain out, I didn't feel a "pop" like the first time but it is really hurting. I have to get up early to shovel to get to work.

Hope the foot is ok this morning. i suppose you twisted with thinkng. and be careful on the roads

making my plan for kandice b - day...thinking of some donuts, cupcakes, a chocolate cake and a cheesecake....and sausages and potatoe salad for dinner.....yummy...will remind me of christmas....since that is our traditional christmas eve dinner

when i picked daisy up @ the groomer's yesterday, i couldn't believe my eyes....she was soo cute. she's always cute but it's been a while since i saw her all trimmed & she had the cutest bows in her hair.
daughter had her hair done last wed. w/ black on bottom & red/burg. up top & it faded fast as she had been blonde up top so we had to go back yesterday & get it redone. went a little darker burg. this time. 2 weeks in a row i spent my wed. afternoon off @ the beauty shop. urgh! i told her if it fades this time, we'll get some color our selves & do it-just not burg. i used to do hair so i can handle it. anyhoo! her hair is stressed to say the least so i told her we're gonna give it a rest for a while once we get this color fixed.
i wish all ya'll a great day today w/ smiles & hugs!!

MUCH warmer here this morning where we have started off at 63 on the way up to near 80 today.
Fantastic for the begining of March (provided it doesn't spawn any tornados, that is!).

Good Morning MMC!!!!!!! It's going to be a cooler day here with a high near 50. That's a 20 degree drop from yesterday. I'm currently sitting at the spine doctor with my sister. She doesn' t know her way around the south side of Indy so I had to ride along to show her how to get here. I think her gift for christmas next year is going to be a gps. At least they have wifi here because it's a 2 hour appointment. This afternoon I have to run to the grocery and then maybe a nap. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!
