Good Morning, Saturday Season Super Stars!

Yaaaaah hoooo!
The Weekend is here once again.

And here's another reason to yahoo:
Days to the Season: 59
Days to Christmas Day: 101

The rain in Spain may fall plainly on the grain,
but it cannot be more plain that tomorrow will see the grand opening of the 100-day Window to Christmas Day 2012 and the start of our accelerated count, where both of our figures will be down into double digits.
And not only that, but the launch of Christmas Blossoms 2012 is just around the corner.
(Wow! What a great time of the year!)

And also great is our fantastic weather which is still holding with moderate temps and very low humidity.
Downright energetic! I've gotten so much outside work done.
We stand at 64 degrees here, currently.

With all the good news, how can everyone help but have a Sensational Saturday?
Have fun now, in the spirit of the Season!

They (whoever they are) say pickle juice is better at replacing electrolytes than Gatorade. I like pickle juice also.
I know it sounds crazy, but I like to dip Cheetos in pickle juice.

Yum, yum! cheesy

Good evening/ night and or morning to all my MMC fiends!

Wow, It took me over an hour, to try and get caught up with all the posts since Thrusday morning. I got to work Thursday morning and my boss informed me that we need to get started on a real dirty job and that we had to jump on it, asap; (in the Engineering world, "dirty job", means that we do not have any existing drawings, the building is old, and that we need to go out to the building and physically verify and locate every pipe, duct, and all the electrical and lighting...I call it the CSI of Engineering)! I got there at 10:00 at the building and I didn't leave the pace untill 9:00 the following morning - worked completely all day, night and into the following morning. A 25 hour work day...That's a triple plus...

Needless to say, after I drove home, took a well needed and deserved shower, I can't even remember falling asleep... So, as a result, now my body/ time clock is all screwed up and here I am getting all caught with with the latest and greatest.

I don't mind so much working those kind of hours, (Hmmm, lets see, time and a half times 25 hours.... Think I'll take the Mrs out and treat her to something nice! But I'll tell you this, going up and down on a ladder like that all day and night; whewww, my legs feel whipped.

Well, I hope everyone has a nice quiet and relaxing weekend, me, I'm back off to work tomorrow, to get me some more of that overtime....
nice to hear they get engineers out of the office once in awhile for some exercise!
My SIL is an engineer and she works long hours too but rarely gets out of office to do any of it.

have a great day!

Heck, I might hang around tomorrow night to ring in 100 days to Christmas? Anybody else wanna join me?

100 days....just think....100 days from right now, we will be getting ready for Christmas Eve....Darlene Love will have performed a couple of night before....it's going to be a blast....

sounds like fun!

Had the day off today, took a vacation day. Had a nice day with CAH and her dad at the Cavanaugh Air Museum, then spent the day just chilling with my sweetie. Actually felt like fall today, I don't know what the high was, but it was darn near cool enough for a light jacket. It was a good day!cheesy

It's good to see you SIT!!!!!!

Good Saturday morning, my Christmas friends!

I'm here at Bernie's, running the cash register and drinking coffee...ahhh!

It'll only be a half-day today; the doctor still has me on light duty. I had to go back to the emergency room Thursday in Savannah. I was having some discomfort, and I've recently gotten nervous about chest pains, for some reason :-D. Anyway, I had another procedure, but now we're certain that my heart is doing great! It was just some indigestion due to the change in my diet, and all the medicine I'm taking now...thank the Lord!

So, I'm a happy camper again! Elizabeth is off to her first rehersal for the Nutcracker ballet. She has to go every Saturday and Sunday from now until Thanksgiving. We're so very proud of her!

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's downright chilly here in central Indy this morning where we stand at 48 degree's. It's going to be a little bit warmer this afternoon with a high of 76 predicted. I'm getting ready to run out to the farmers market and then I'm going to spend some more time with my great aunt and uncle before they head back to PA tomorrow. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Holiday- Hope everything goes well with the ride today. Praying for you and your family.

This past week has been gorgeous, weather-wise. The temps have had a bit of a cool in the morning and by the afternoon, it's hot but not deadly like usual. Next week is supposed to be just as nice (maybe a few rain showers though) and I'm wondering if I should bring out my slow cooker now, or wait for a few weeks.

Missy and I are getting along better and better. We're on more of a schedule (which this mama likes!) and she's understanding me more. Also, I have HER to thank for my weight loss! I've been walking more and playing with her and I'm 1 lb. away from my goal weight--YAY!!!

Anyway, it's Saturday and I want to get this day going. I have groceries to get and I plan on going to the mall because Bath & Body Works is having a HUGE sale on Fall items--YAY AGAIN!! Also, I need new work clothes since all of my pants feel like potato sacks haha!

I hope this finds you well and feeling Christmas-y! :yahoo:

glad your scare was not as bad as you thought! Have a great morning at Bernies.
So exciting your daughter gets to be a part of this great play, she is going to have a lot of great memories from this.

Great to hear you and Missy are getting to know each other! Congrats on the weight loss, well done!

I get to go and see a play this afternoon! My daughter works at a local hotel and often is given tickets when a customer cannot attend or just has extras.
42nd Street is on this afternoon, the one play I really wanted to see. mom is coming with me. Cynthia Dale is in this one, her and her husband Peter Mansbridge live here in Stratford.

Good morning!! Sitting here wrapped up in a throw blanket and drinking my coffee. It's nice and chilly outside and with the windows open, it's chilly in the house. My daughter even put on her pair of her fleece lounge pants. Love this time of the year!
We may head out to te local orchard again today to pick more apples. We have been out there several times over the summer to pick various fruits. I have made and canned grape jam, peach jam, strawberry jam, appe sauce and apple butter. Some will be used for Christmas gifts. I want to get more appes to make pie filling.

Hope everyone has a great day!
