Hope you guys are having a good Friday
The fun is Just beginning for us-Adrian is now sick too, and I am still trying to get over my cold from Thanksgiving time. We were supposed to trade in our vehicles this weekend & get a smaller SUV. Our truck is still broken down out in front of our house,and Adrian & our neighbor are trying to work on it in order to even get it to the dealership to trade it in...Needless to say, this has kind of thrown a wrench into our schedule. Please keep your fingers crossed for us!
I just feel so bad for Adrian, we don't want to have to put a lot of money in to something we are just giving the dealership, and he is so sick that he just wants to be in bed resting. He's such a trooper!

I had a clunker once, a chevy s-10, I ran that thing into the ground, it was taking it's last gasps and had about 250,000 miles on it, when I traded it in to a dealership at night. Before the guy looked at it, he said, "I'll give you 500.00 for it!". I said sold... 2 days later, I went back up to the same dealership when I ran into the same very person, he says to me, "boy, I had my guy look that thing over in the daylight and man you sure squeazed every nickles worth out of that thing. I think you made out alot better than me....!" I laughed and said hey, you made the offer and I took it, a deal is a deal. Looking back now, I think the only value that the old truck had, was the old tires on it...lol
We were supposed to go and see a favorite Irish band of ours tonight With some friends & it was also a night to say some goodbyes as well. It looks like I'll be going solo.
