Anyway, I was coming home from my evening walk earlier and a woman that was driving up my block stopped to talk to me. She had a lost dog on her lap and was driving around the neighborhood asking people if they recognized the dog. She was very upset because he didn't have tags on him. She said she couldn't keep him because she has a dog at home that wasn't good with other dogs. I felt so bad so I took him in until we find the owner. And guess what? He's a yorkie like Molly and Maggie. I'm not sure where I'm going to let him sleep tonight. I'll figure something out. He looks like he hasn't been to the groomer in a while but he seems fine otherwise. He is very sweet. Here are a couple of pictures.

Bless you for taking in this adorable little pup!! I hope you find his home. Poor little peanut has to be so frightened. Again, thank you on behalf of animal lovers everywhere. How is he doing today? Maybe he has a microchip?

Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's going to be another rainy day here with a high in the mid 70's. I'll take it!! Not much going on here today. I've got the F1 race on right now and then I'll watch the nascar race at noon. Hopefully the rain moves out before tonight and I can get a walk in without getting wet. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!

Thank you for the thoughts and prayers ... here's an update. The doctors say Mr. has appendicitis, and they're trying to schedule surgery for later in the day. Due to complications, though, they have to move him to another hospital for the surgery; that is still being arranged. I hope they can schedule the surgery quickly, and that they don't find an infection in the abdomen. That could lead to further (possibly serious) complications, and I'm trying not to think about that now. I can't do anything but hang around at home until they've moved him and he can give me more details on the timing. I haven't been able to sleep more than a few minutes at a time between about 3:30 a.m. and 7 a.m., so I'm feeling kinda rough. I'm going to put on some TV or movies and wait for more news.
