I'm busy the kitchen cooking. The party starts at 1. We're all decorated. We just have to go pick up fried chicken that we ordered, the cake from the bakery, and the balloons.

I guess I grew up to be a lazy mom because I never did anything in their rooms once they hit age 10, the only rule was they had to have a clear path to the door in case of emergencies. 2 out of 3 of my kids kept their rooms tidy, the other, well, she has her own place now.
Would love to see pictures of the work when it is done, those willl be so nice to decorate for Christmas!

I wouldn't go through her things. But I can't stand how messy it is. I just wanted her to straighten up, it didn't take her long to do. She is such a drama queen, makes a big deal out if everything!
I will definitely post pictures of the house, I can't wait until I'm at that point!

I spoke to a lady this morning who is an accountant at the Hobby Lobby corporate office, and she said all the Christmas trees have arrived and are in the process if being shipped out. She is a Christmas lover too, and she listens to Christmas music all year long. She had it on the other day and the guys from the warehouse complained, saying they were sick of Christmas because they have been so busy moving the merchandise. Scrooges. :)

I just arrived home from being out with my mom and her husband, who are in town for a few days, and Kim, too, of course. I thought I should share that we are going to Tinseltown, Ottawa's year-round Christmas store, tomorrow. Way back in March, I was told that 2013 Christmas fashions will be on display and in stock for July... and Christmas in July. I don't know if he has a special date in mind, but I sure hope there are new items tomorrow!

As always, I will take pictures and return for your viewing pleasure as soon as I can. It will be my mom and Bruce's first experience at the store. I'm excited for them. More so my mom as she is also a big Christmas supporter.

I think a lot of that has to do with having a woman supervisor, a male supervisor probably wouldn't have said anything.

Doing that right now, thanks! I got some of those wearable heat packs. I was able to drive and to walk around the supermarket, but it's uncomfortable. I hope your headache is improving.
