I'm drinking coffee to keep myself awake..

Welcome to Hump Day!

And welcome to yet another Milestone!
We are THREE QUARTERS of the way back to Christmas as of today!!

And before the day is out, I get the feeling something big is going to happen. Something is going to start. I just feel it.

Carl feels it too.
Remember he said lots of flowers at the 'Pines today?
Flowers as in "blossoms".
Well, stay tuned.......!

Days to Christmas Day: 91


I could really get used to this weather!
Pleasantly cool and sunny with highs in the mid 70's after a chilly start in the 50's. A pattern which is predicted to continue for the balance of the week.
Currently, we see 57 degrees on our back door thermometer.

I just heard from DH, even though everything was confirmed ( on two occassions) the position has fallen through. It's a shame as he turned down an interview for something else last week. Ahhh well these things happen.

I'm sorry festive spirit!!!! I hope he can find something even better soon.

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! We are warming back up into the low 80's today. Boo!!!! I was really getting used to the 60's and 70's. Nothing to special going on here today. I'm just going to try and catch up on some stuff I put off yesterday while waiting on the little Bambina to arrive. I also need to run to the store. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

Friends I am very excited! We had teacher's night at our local McDonalds to raise money for my wife's and my kids' school. Long story short, we saw one if my son's friends from class and he hung out with us. His mom had dropped him off (!) although he did have a plan to ride home with a another mom who was there. Poor guy only had a dollar but some folks made sure he got something to eat.

My son is very excited because he is going to act as an agent of Santa Claus and find out what sort of things this boy likes. Then Santa is going to drop some things off some night as Christmas approaches! My kids are so excited and it is great to see them carrying in the spirit of Saint Nick!

How sweet Ryan, I love it.

Today was even busier than yesterday - and I got a lot done, too! Yay! Day off tomorrow, but it is full of errands, a trip to the library, and lunch with my cousin. I might even be able to go to the Mission store - hoping to, anyway!

HMG works so hard and is ALWAYS on the go! I don't know how she does it all! Like Meceka said, HMG, we hope you and your girls get better soon! I highly recommend Vitamin B-12 shots! Take care.

We are having fall weather here in Northern California! It is WONDERFUL!!!

What an exciting day this is, new baby, milestone, surprise at the pines, wonderful!!
The weather here is going to be quite nice for the next few days, which I like because I have to go to Peterborough this weekend. (about a 4 hour drive from here)
I have to take mom for her regular check up to the surgeon who did her lasre surgery on her eyes. She has glaucoma and is having trouble is her eye pressure being to high. We are praying it has gone down with the new meds. If not he will have to do regular surgery instead.
Hope you are all having a fantastic day, see you at the pines tonight.

'Pines Day, Milestone Day (3/4 of the way!) and perhaps something else starting today?! Three reasons to celebrate! Wow!! Incredible news, Crown. I wonder what that could be?! Looks like I'll have to keep pressing "refresh" on my Safari until that other something pops-up! I just hope I make it home before its debut.... I'll be gone for the next couple hours!

I don't have any details yet but Coach, Dr. Wifey, and The little Bambina are all doing okay.

I love train trips! Yours sound soo great, did you write a travel journal?

Hopefully I'm able to travel to States again in 2015 (I have to safe money first though!). Whenever I look at my holiday photos from my USA trip last year, I'm having acute wanderlust. Oh, well I have to be patient.



Did you like the movie? I can't watch anything spooky. I get scared sooo easily.

While I watch NCIS or Criminal Minds (more) I will have to look away or switch channels during scenes with the unsub.

I don't want to sound schoolmasterish but did you check your thyroid and blood pressure?

My mother had migrain and headaches for many years every week (sometimes more than two days/week). Finally she let it checked out and the doctor figured that she had a hyperthyroidism and high bloodpressure. Since she has medication for both, her headaches and migrains almost completely vanished.

Maybe checking this out could help you.
