Good morning everyone!
What an exciting day this is, new baby, milestone, surprise at the pines, wonderful!!
The weather here is going to be quite nice for the next few days, which I like because I have to go to Peterborough this weekend. (about a 4 hour drive from here)
I have to take mom for her regular check up to the surgeon who did her lasre surgery on her eyes. She has glaucoma and is having trouble is her eye pressure being to high. We are praying it has gone down with the new meds. If not he will have to do regular surgery instead.

I guess I got a stomach flu or something. Unfortunately my stomach swich back and forward from being upset to being normal. I'm feeling blah! Hope it will be better in a couple days.

I don't want to sound schoolmasterish but did you check your thyroid and blood pressure?

My mother had migrain and headaches for many years every week (sometimes more than two days/week). Finally she let it checked out and the doctor figured that she had a hyperthyroidism and high bloodpressure. Since she has medication for both, her headaches and migrains almost completely vanished.

Thank you Cetacea. My doctor has done many test and can't seem to find anything wrong. We have no idea why I have them so often. Hopefully they will improve one day!

My daughter took an MRI
(she just got the diagnose childhood arthritis)

I will keep her in my prayers.

I just heard from DH, even though everything was confirmed ( on two occassions) the position has fallen through. It's a shame as he turned down an interview for something else last week. Ahhh well these things happen.

He was caught! Every night the same game is played: he waits for my wife to get in bed, then he runs and jumps into my spot before I can get there! That's where he was when this pic was taken.

My first day at the new job went well!! Met some more people, and filled out a bunch of paperwork. Learned about store policies, etc.
Pretty standard.

I think I will enjoy it!!

I am so excited, they don't use planograms, so just using your creativity for displays. I will be in Home Goods & eventually Fine Jewelry it sounds. Best of both worlds!! That means holiday decorations, yay!!

Good morning!
It is going to be another beautiful day. We are in the 50's this morning but it will warm up to 72 degrees. Tomorrow we will stay in the 60's. Its been so pleasant, especially when I go for a walk.
Not too much planned for today. I am going to start my chores when I finish my coffee. I will be going out with my daughter later this afternoon to get some job applications. She is a hostess at a restaurant but it is a seasonal job. The restaurant is on the bay with most of its seating outside. They close during the Fall and Winter. They will only be open for a couple of more weeks so she needs to find something else.
I hope everyone is well and has a great day!!!

I am feeling alot better today, last night when I went to bed I had already decided I would call out this morning. I will be going in, my paycheck can't afford me not to work, especially with the most wonderful time of the year nearly upon us. I am watching Elf on Encore right now, it is so nice to turn on the TV and see a Christmas movie on. I will be resting until it is time to go.
