I'm doing really well Snow how about you? I was hoping to get the last of the leaves this weekend but the forecast is not very promising. I have a friend in Springfield who has been really sick so I'm planning to go down to visit with her. Of course I will be rooting for the Lions to take down Pittsburgh on Sunday.
How about you guys, weekend plans?
My prayers are with your friend, Bullypup. Thinking of you both.

Good Friday morning my friends! I went outside this morning to a very heavy frost on the truck at 5:30am, had to let it warm up a bit before heading out on the road. Looking at the forecast for this weekend, it's supposed to warm up around here, into the 60's and then by Monday, be back in the 30's again; It's the weather rollercoaster~
Wish us luck today, we are getting our home inspection today starting at 10:00 am by the company that the people who bought our home had hired. I really cannot think of anything that would throw up any red flags, but you just never know with these guys. We need this to be a good inspection or else it will possibly hinder the sale of our home or the price of it. After that, they new homeowners also want a Radon inspection and then a Chimney inspection.
I don't blame them, selling a home and having the associated inspections, are a stressful, but yet necessary process that protects all parties involved in the transaction of selling and buying a home. They want a nice, sound and safe home to buy and we want to sell them a nice safe, sound home....
I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Friday today and yes, the weekend is on the doorstep, who-hooo~ :dance:

Good Morning, Folks.
Onward we move into and through the Christmas Season experience.
(Those not "in the know" just don't know what they're missing, do they?)
But lo! The days are hastening on, and the count continues to our remaining ports of call:
Days to Thanksgiving: 13 (Under two weeks off, now!)
Days to Christmas Day: 40 (Wow! Nearly down to the 30's!)
And our final Milestone marker, the 90 percent "Home Stretch" point to Christmas Day, is now under half a week away!
A bit warmer yesterday as we head towards a promised nice weekend with highs near 70.
A welcome change!
We stand at 34 degrees here in the capital city at this hour.

I awoke feeling really good today, even made the bed at 5:00 am; LOL....
I'm feeling very optimistic about things this morning; as a matter of fact, I'm feeling very Christmassy this morning, so I got the Christmas music streaming thru my work computer...
Tonight I am going to break out my Christmas Vacation Advent calendar and set it all up tonight and plug it in... The fall stuff is starting to be packed away and the Christmas decorations are starting to come out. You know what, as a matter of fact, my mind is made up, tonight, I have this small Christmas tree, about 3' tall, I'm setting it up tonight and plugging it in.... "It is time.....":razz:
working today then going for a much needed hair cut.
Tomorrow, still waiting to hear where we are going, she is very tight lipped about it.

This for some reason got me crying on the way to work, they are decorating city hall and now have the Christmas tree up in front of it, not decorated yet but it is up!

TGIF, my Christmas friends!
We had an uneventful evening yesterday, with nothing much to do...what a change! I needed to fish leaves out of the pool, but it gets dark so soon after I get home from work, I didn't have time. I'll get it this weekend.
