TGIF, my Christmas friends!

We had an uneventful evening yesterday, with nothing much to do...what a change! I needed to fish leaves out of the pool, but it gets dark so soon after I get home from work, I didn't have time. I'll get it this weekend.

Wish us luck today, we are getting our home inspection today starting at 10:00 am by the company that the people who bought our home had hired. I really cannot think of anything that would throw up any red flags, but you just never know with these guys. We need this to be a good inspection or else it will possibly hinder the sale of our home or the price of it. After that, they new homeowners also want a Radon inspection and then a Chimney inspection.

I don't blame them, selling a home and having the associated inspections, are a stressful, but yet necessary process that protects all parties involved in the transaction of selling and buying a home. They want a nice, sound and safe home to buy and we want to sell them a nice safe, sound home....

I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Friday today and yes, the weekend is on the doorstep, who-hooo~ :dance:

This for some reason got me crying on the way to work, they are decorating city hall and now have the Christmas tree up in front of it, not decorated yet but it is up!

You can just see the tree in this last picture , I will get a better shot on the way home this afternoon.

It's doing okay. Still swells and hurts if I'm on it awhile but it's a lot better than it was. I think I'm going to be a bad boy and get my decorations down out of the attic today. So hopefully going up and down the ladder 20 times won't hurt it to much.

Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's going to be a warmer day here with a high in the mid 50's and sunny. So it should be a pretty decent day out there. I'm dragging this morning. I was up to 3am burning Christmas cd's for my niece last night. I sent her a copy of the Duck Dynasty CD last week and then she called me yesterday and asked if I had any more cd's I could send her. So I burned her 40 more last night. She should be happy now. Today I need to pay bills, write out a grocery list, the normal chores, and then the decorations are coming down out of the attic. I probably won't get much out but at least they will be down to work on when I have time. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a stress fracture in it. So I've been in a air cast boot for almost 6 weeks. I can finally take it off next week and then I'm supposed to go another 6 weeks without doing anything that causes pain in it.

Good morning all. I picked up Christmas In Connecticut at the library to watch this weekend. I've actually never seen it and am looking forward to it. Any if you seen it? Is it any good?

Not really. I had been taking walks around my apartment complex and switched it up to walking a trail through the woods close to here. The ground there is really uneven and after a few weeks, it just started hurting. Of course, I ignored the pain for like a month before I ever went to the ER. So I'm not sure if it was something that happened all at once or just going from the smooth street to the uneven ground that did it.

Well, life has resumed it's more normal brand of craziness. Court is over, and I can get on with the decorating for Christmas! My house is in it's usual Thanksgiving/Christmas decor; Whatever shelf I don't have Thanksgiving decorations for is already decorated for Christmas. Yay!

Merry Christmas Everyone

Well, It's been quite some time since I have been here. I hope everyone is doing well. I see the Christmas spirit still remains alive and well here. My outdoor lights have been hung and my home shines with my Christmas spirit for all to see. My tree will go up on Sunday the 24th, and I feel so behind schedule. I can't wait to read thru the posts and see who has decorated already. It will take me forever to catch up. In the meantime, Merry Christmas Everybody!!! I think about my MMC pals often, and I sure am happy to be back !!!!!
