been shooting some hoops today....long time....at least 7 or 8 years...haha....took awhile to get a shot again....in the end...it was there....kind of....the mail so little today...it was almost hilarious....I was done at 11:30am.....so good!!!!

Good evening, everyone! How was your day? All was good here. I am trying to get the kids to wind down a little bit - we are eating dinner and now with do a bath after that.
What is everyone up to tonight? DH and I both work. My sister will be watching the kids, but she has to teach late, so she won't get here until the earliest, 8 pm, so I don't know if I will get to lay down or not. If not, I will be pushing the coffee at work tonight!
Tomorrow, I have a eye doctor appt. I need to order new contacts and will possibly get new glasses as well. We shall see on that part.
Well, off to get things finished up. MerryM: Know that I am thinking about you and praying for you! Hang in there!

Everything ok with me. My mum has been visiting for the last month. She returned home on Sunday so I am trying to adjust to not having her aroundFeeling very sad at the moment but I know I will be back into things in a few days.

I was going to take Har for a walk, and Adrian was looking out of our big front window, and he said you better go around the back way because there's a loose Pug out there. He was darting in front of cars, and running away from people trying to "catch" him. We didn't want to make the situation worse, so I decided to wait. Adrian & I grabbed some treats & went out to help. The owners of the Pug, whose name we found out is Wiggles, didn't seem all that concerned :/ More annoyed than anything, which bothered me. He wouldn't come near them, either. Not really a good sign... The lady said he is scared & won't come when called. He wasn't even interested in the treats. So, after about twenty unsuccessful minutes, the husband decided to drive the car slowly, with the wife & daughter walking behind, in hope that Wiggles would just follow. He started to, and got out of our vision, so we headed back home. I took Har out for her walk, but decided to just stay near our block, because I didn't want to distract them if we ran into them again. Well, Har & I were walking near the pond, and I saw him running around it still. Looked to be alone.
I can't see him anymore now, and am not sure he is home safe either. Oh, and he didn't have tags... Please keep this sweet dog in your prayers. I just hate situations like this. Thanks.

snowflake that's just awful about the little pug. do they not walk him or have a safe area for him? don't understand why some have animals!

I don't know, merry... I was nauseous while I was out there, I was more upset than they were... I was scared he was going to get hit by a car here in our neighborhood, or run towards the highway. At first, it was just 3 little girls chasing him. Then, as I was walking up, one of the girl's parents drove up, and it was their dog.
The husband was a jerk. He told the wife in front of all of us trying to help, that he wasn't going to get out of the car...
There's sidewalks all around the neighborhood! For us to walk, and for our pets. Not sure how he got loose. But, he should've had tags & a leash on. Not only is there a leash law, there's also that rule to live in this neighborhood. Grrr...
You're right, some people just shouldn't have pets!!
