Hubby told me that he went to Carl's Jr. (Hardee's to you on the East coast) and they now have their biscuits!!! This is a first for California. Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

Both of my kids wanted me to wake them up at 6am this morning. WHAT?!?! On Wednesday mornings, the youth minister from the Baptist church that my cousin's family attends takes the kids to a local restaurant for prayer breakfast, then takes them all to school. This young guy has really got a lot of the local kids excited about church, mine included.

If this keeps up, they might make a Baptist out of this old Methodist. :lol:

You know, I never put it together before. I have no idea of the affiliation between Carl's Jr. and Hardees. Now the commercials I always see while I am watching Kings games make so much more sense!

Good Wednesday morning everyone. More crazy weather today. After a couple of days with highs in upper 50's,we now have severe thunderstorm, high wind and tornado warnings today. The rain is forecast to end tonight as a dusting of snow.

This winter has been a big disappointment. Accuweather and the almanac predicted a colder than normal winter with above average snowfall for us in the mountains of NC. Boy were they wrong.

My dad turns 82 today. Can't believe how time flies.
