Hey everyone...looks like it was slow around here today, not too many posts to catch up on! We finally had some pretty weather today in Wisconsin. I actually was able to have lunch with my son on an outdoor restaurant patio and soak in some vitamin D. I'm excited to babysit for my brand new little grandson next week for a couple of hours. I'll get that little bundle all to myself! Otherwise, not much to report. I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend and that any and all wild weather is quiet...loved ones, including pets are well and smiles are abundant!

Good evening!
I didn't get too much done today. I had a migraine for most of the day but I'm feeling better now. It has been pouring out since this morning and Its just not letting up. I'm starting to hear rumbles of thunder now. I hope it tapers off over night. I have an early blood work appointment in the morning. There's not too much going on here this evening. I'm just waiting for my hubby to get home from work so I could cook his dinner. My two youngest are out at a party. And my oldest daughter and her boyfriend just went out for Italian ices and are coming back here to watch a movie. I plan on curling up with a book and a cup of tea in a little while.

I'm starting to hear rumbles of thunder now. I hope it tapers off over night. I have an early blood work appointment in the morning. There's not too much going on here this evening. I'm just waiting for my hubby to get home from work so I could cook his dinner. My two youngest are out at a party. And my oldest daughter and her boyfriend just went out for Italian ices and are coming back here to watch a movie. I plan on curling up with a book and a cup of tea in a little while.

Good evening,

It was a very slow moving day at work today, must be due to the anticipation of tonight's game with the Bruins having a chance to win and move on to the Stanley Cup Final. Not much to say but it was a cold raw rainy day here today, just work tomorrow and then Sunday off. Also getting excited for the Belmont Stakes tomorrow, I know it's not as exciting without the chance of a Triple Crown but I just love watching the race.
Did you make any picks on the horses, Made?

I get to get the kids ready for bed, I am flying solo tonight with the high school graduation tonight, my wife is watching her former students move on to the next step of their lives, exciting times for them. (and a reminder to my wife she is getting older, it depresses her a little) Age is just a state of mind and my mind feels 74 tonight.

Be back later, I know I will be up late with the game.

Woooohoooo!!!

Boston Bruins 2013 Eastern Conference Champions!!!!!

It was a great game tonight, 1-0 was the score. It is on to the Stanley Cup Final vs either the Chicago Blackhawks or Los Angeles Kings.

This is why I earn all those brownie points throughout the year to watch as much playoff hockey possible.

It looks like I will get to bed at a decent hour tonight, just letting the adrenaline rush subside before going to bed.
