Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's going to be a warm day here with a high near 80 degree's. I don't have much going on. I think I'm going to run to the farmers market this morning and then I'll probably swing by my sister's house. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

Good morning!
We are going to have sun and clouds today with a chance of showers. Temperatures in the upper 70's. There is a light rain falling right now, as soon as it stops I'm going to walk the dogs. I need to do a big food shopping this morning. Then later this afternoon we have a graduation party for our nephew. Hopefully the weather will be nicer this afternoon for the party. It's in my in laws back yard, rain or shine.

I do it all by myself. I've been a single mom for the last 4 years after getting us out of a very abusive marriage. It's hard sometimes but it's 1000 times better than it was before. Now I can do what I want when I want

Our stories sound much the same, my kids are all grown now and turned out pretty good! I have raised them on my own since 1994.
Not an easy road, but very rewarding. I had a lot of fun raising my kids, but also a lot of struggles. Now that they are grown, they only talk, about the fun stuff, and we have all grown very close over the years.

Good Friday afternoon, my Christmas friends!

It's been very busy here at work. I'm trying to get ahead so I can be out on vacation all next week. We're finally going back to the Smoky Mountains tomorrow! 8 days of cooler bliss! Mgramsey, I might give you a buzz if we're out near you. Maybe we can meet for a cup of coffee.

Before we can leave, Elizabeth has her audition for The Nutcracker Ballet. It doesn't start till 3:00 pm, so we'll on the road late, but I don't care.

I'll be sure to check in from time to time while we're gone, and I'll try to remember to post before we leave tomorrow, but in case I miss anyone...

Good morning, everyone! How are you all doing? I am well! I haven't logged on in a couple of days. I've been busy, but I've been thinking of you all.

What's new? Not a whole lot going on here. I've just been busy with work and doing a lot with my kids. I can't believe we're in to August! It's been chilly here, for July and August - it feels like fall! I'm loving it! I'm going to make potato soup with cheese for dinner and maybe even do some baking today! I'm really getting in the mood for fall!

What else is everyone else up to today? I've got a lot accomplished today already. I want to got some more wash done and some cleaning around the house, but most of all, I just want to spend time with my kids! I'm not sure what we have planned for tonight. It's been raining on and off, so we'll probably just stay in, watch a movie, play games, and eat popcorn!

Well, I am off to get some more things done. I'll talk to you guys later on. I hope you all are enjoying your weekend. God Bless and keep smiling. Thinking of all of you, your families, and furbabies!

Hey all...been away on vacation. I'll be trying to catch up tonight.
I'm feeling a little blue as a dear aunt of mine passed this morning.
She faced a lot of very sad things in her life with great courage and I'm glad she has found peace, but I'll miss her for sure.
Baptism this weekend for our little grandson...the world keeps turning doesn't it?

so sorry to hear of your aunts passing, she must have been a wonderful person for you to miss her so.
