he has no one to help him? When my sister put a new floor in their place it took 4 guys working together with her husband. There is so much work involved I cannot imagine one person doing all that alone. Hope his finger feels better quick.

I agree with you Star, it is a lot of work for one person. Thats why its taking so long to finish. He has plenty of people he could ask to help him, but he likes to work alone. I don't know why!!

you guys crack me up!!!. im shutting up shop early today cos the weather is so bad its pointless being open! Home and Christmas film on... just to decide which one now hmmmmm. watched its a wonderfu;l life the other night, no matter how many times i watch it, each time a different part of it strikes me. proper classic films, they don't make them like they used too eh?!

Good morning folks. I can't believe it's only 100 days until the Season! And since I kick off the Christmas season the day after Halloween, it's only 87 days until then! :???:
Hope you all are doing well this morning and have a great day. This is going to be a busy week for me, work wise. It's also going to be a scorcher! It's supposed to be 100 today and 102 tomorrow. Thursday and Friday we "cool" down with a high of only 90...better get out the heavy coat for those days or I'll catch a chill. cheesy

I woke up to temperatures in the lower 60's today, it is beautiful out. We are supposed to stay in the upper 70's all week, which is great for August.
I am having my coffee and watching the local news. I need to get moving soon. My youngest had to fill out some paperwork for her new job and needs to drop it off to her manager this morning. And later today my oldest has to attend a nursing information session at her school, I will probably be going with her. I also promised the girls I would take them out to lunch since they all have off from work today.

Good morning everyone! Holy cow I have today off! Work gave us the day off due to the civic holiday. Just relaxing and making bacon and toast for breakfast. Ash (My Wife) and William (My Son) are outside playing in the backyard. Yesterday was our 6 year Wedding Anniversary! Yay! We are currently renovating parts of the house. I swear monkeys build this place. Still going to get a deck and that will be sometime this month. I can't wait to sit outside on the cool fall days. Speaking of that, next month, September 22nd is the first day of fall! Coming fast, but not fast enough for my liking. At least the weather has taken a turn. Its in the low 60-70s all this week. Yea same here. lots of my wife's family have a few pieces and they enjoy it. What got me was the 5 easy payments of 22.00 since they break up the shipping into all the easy payments it comes to 28 each payment.
