Yes! It's crazy how quickly this year passed. I'm happy that my (and I bet everyone else's on MMC) favourite time of the year is now here. The only thing is missing - snow. I really hope we will get some here, in South Western Scotland.

NOOOOO!!! OH MY GOSH!!! I have one of those!!! My mom always put it in my room on my nightstand, gave it to me when I moved out and I continued that tradition with my son who is now 17. Though he doesn't like it on his nightstand, LOL it's on his desk.

Our house had a visitor this morning!

My daughter is very excited and has named the elf Peppermint Patty. my son is coming up with all the logical reasons the elf isn't real, but he kind of believes.

My daughter won't quit talking about it. It's cute.

Good evening!
It's been a long day. That's what I get for waking up at 5:00 a.m. Unfortunately a couple of the girls are opening tomorrow so I will be getting up early again. I'm praying that Molly sleeps through the night. I really need to get a few hours of sleep without her waking me up. She still isn't feeling well. She has been so restless at night. I will call the vet first thing Monday morning if she doesn't improve by tomorrow. I don't know what is going on with these animals lately. If it's not one, it's another.
Anyway, I picked up a few Christmas gifts for the girls at the mall today. I don't really like going to the mall on the weekend, it's a little too crowded for me. I'm use to going during the week when it's pretty quiet. But there are some great sales going on right now and I wanted to take advantage of them. I also stopped at Kohls and I got them each one of those heated mattress pads. I had one when I was a teenager and I loved it.
Oh and I stopped at Hallmark and picked up another ornament. I got the little snowman that is on the cover of the Dream Book. He's so cute!

I hope Molly is doing better this morning!

Good morning!
It is going to be partly sunny today with temperatures in the mid 40's.
Not too much going on here today. The girls are working again so they will be in and out today. My husband has a few more pieces of molding to put up and then he will start painting. I'm really looking forward to that. And I am going to do some more shopping. I just ordered Molly and Maggie new winter jackets for Christmas. I may head to the outlets, then I could visit the girls too.

Welcome to December, MMC!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it's already here. Time is going by way to quick for me. It needs to slow down!!! Not much going on here today. It's going to be a nice day here with a high in the 50's so I might go on a walk. Then I plan on watching the Colts, some ABC Family Channel, and run to target. So nothing to exciting. Good morning everyone!

Happy December! We've reached the final month of the year. The month we've been counting down to all year. It's kind of surreal. December 2013. Let's enjoy it while it lasts. As we all know, Decembers never seem to last as long as other months... despite being 31 days long!

I hope you're all enjoying you weekends. I've been enjoying mine. Kim and I have been busy doing a few things here and there. As for today, we're hoping to do something for Christmas. Not sure what yet. She's currently out for breakfast with a former colleague that is moving back home for work. We're going to the gym sometime this afternoon - as I cannot go tomorrow due to hockey - but we may be able to go to Tinseltown - the year-round Christmas store - prior. I'm really hoping to stop in. I'm sure it will be ever so busy, but I have not been in a while and I really need to pick up something!

I am sure everyone here rang in the new month in style last night. It's so nice to flip the calendar page to the final one of the year. Our month has finally arrived. Our time of year is being celebrated worldwide. It's our favourite month and our favourite Season. I'm so excited for all that lies ahead.

Well, I guess I should start cleaning up a bit around the apartment before Kim returns. It is a little messy... I blame the cat!
