Christmas Countdown - 2014

I have received emails and private messages from several of you asking about Snow-in-Texas - thank you! I should have posted here sooner but he is doing very well and everything checked out good! Thanks again for your prayers, thoughts and messages.

After he got through yesterday we came home and watched some Christmas shows and movies. We also watched a lot of the Fast n Loud marathon that was on all day. It's the first time I have really watched it and I enjoyed it quite a bit, better than I thought it would be. Now if we go to where they record the show again, which is very close to our house, I will appreciate it a bit more!

Even though Wayne had to go through what he did yesterday we sure did enjoy our chill out time together when he got home!

Awesome! Come on over!!!! Hubby is hoping to do some farming on this vacation....hopefully the weather allows them to finish up! He got some work done at home yesterday, which was nice! I too love to discover new places to eat - especially Mexican!! :grin: And I agree - Cedar Cove is very good. I'm still watching the 1st season. You have a fantastic day too!!!

Nothing interesting going on here today, laundry is in the washer, dishwasher has already run. Relaxing watching "The Bad News Bears" (Billy Bob Thornton version) I like the original version better, but there is nothing on. Pay all this money on cable and nothing is ever on, until November/December, anyway.


The sun is out, it's suppose to be raining. I'll take it.

I hope you all enjoy your second to last Tuesday in October.

Actually, in the flex steel line of recliners, there is a 10-12 week delay in delivery!! My hubby said that might be ok b/c there will be enough in that room with all my Christmas things!! :lol:

Good afternoon everyone!

Finally, some time to rest. I haven't had a break - aside from lunch - all day. I missed my normal lunch and had to help a few Intermediate classes this afternoon. Busy! But, I would much rather be here and super busy than working elsewhere!

We're nearing yet another 'Pines Day. It is a cold and windy Tuesday in Ottawa. Temperatures are barely above freezing with the windchill. Brrr!

I was hopeful to see some Christmas Budding tonight, but unfortunately, it is another busy evening. Tomorrow is not looking very likely either. I have to go to the gym and a concert!

Well, I hope everyone has enjoyed their Tuesday thus far. 'Pines Day is now less than a day away. Have a good one, everyone!
