Merry Morning! I was woken up too early especially as I didn't go to bed till very late! I am looking forward to spending time with the family today. We are going to have a huge family breakfast when everyone wakes up and we are having Tacos for dinner later. I'm hungry.

Good morning, MMC friends! Hope you all have a great day! I've been up since 3-4 am. DS woke up with a coughing spell and didn't want to go back to sleep and had DH and I up until he had to go into work at 6, then he fell back to sleep around 6:45 or so. He's still sleeping now.

EA and I are watching Disney Jr., as I am catching up with you guys. I am soon going to be on my third cup of coffee! We don't really have anything planned today, which I'm loving. I think the kids and I will just pop in some DVDs today, make a homemade pizza for lunch, popcorn and relax. I am going to throw a soup in the crockpot for dinner.

Alright everyone, I am off to read the rest of the boards. I hope you all enjoy your Saturday. I know I will. I love weekends off! They're the best kind! Thinking of you all! God Bless and keep smiling! :-D

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

I went to the meeting at the county commissioner's hall last night, and it was not too bad. I thought it would be a fight over who controls the fire department, since that's been the hot topic lately. Instead, we discussed ways to attract more industry to the area, in an effort to get more young folks interested in staying in our county. Not too bad!

Elizabeth found out that she and her best friend were among the 12 dancers selected for participation in the Spring production of The Music Man! There were dozens of dancers trying out, and we were trying to make sure she didn't get her hopes too high. It turns out, we should have had more faith in her abilities. She is so happy, and I'm so proud!

It sounds great. :] I love hearing from people that they have the sense of community. That's why I like living in Scotland and that's why I miss it when I am back in my home country. Oh well.

Hi everyone!

Virginia, It got to 44C yesterday and today is going to be a whopping 46C. Adelaide’s record temperature is 46.1C dating all the way back to 1939. So could be in for a new record. Finally got maintenance to fix the air-conditioning at the office but now we’re being told there may be power outages, just my luck.

Only one more day till the weekend. Yay!

Sorry I wasn’t on here yesterday and haven’t been able to go through all the posts. Been very busy!

I woke up quite late this morning and I don't like waking up late. I feel very unproductive on these days. I am now watching some health-related TV shows but thinking of going grocery shopping and doing some reading for the lectures next week.

We had a good time, but for some reason, I was sleepy after one wine! When we got home we watched one show and were in bed before 8:30! Then I woke up right after 11 p.m.!
