Thanks, buddy. I've finished my projects at work, and just have to implement them after we see patients, so it should go pretty smoothly.

I have to go grocery shopping after work, but then I plan to chill & enjoy time w/ Adi & Har, along with the beautiful weather ☀️

I know what you mean, but I wouldn't change it for anything either. Love my kiddos more than anything. It's the best, isn't it!?

It most definitely is the best. I know it's cliche but they really do grow up way too fast. I wish mine were one, two & three again. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

Good evening,

My foot, blah, blah, blah, hurts. Work as a long day, I walk very slow right now but I am still accomplishing almost all I need to. School ends here in two weeks, the kids are starting to lose focus, I remember how excited I use to get at this time of year. (it wasn't like Christmas excited though)

I went very quickly through tonights posts and I am very tired. I kept missing the letter I in the word recital and started laughing until reread it in the multiple posts it was in. (I know, I need to grow up) cheesy

5:30 gets here waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to soon.

Good night, everyone.

Continued prayers, I hope you slept well. Have a good day xmas!

Good morning everyone! Another beautiful day here. Finishing my cup of coffee (I love our coffee machine. I miss it when I am in Scotland) with soya milk and looking for a ticket to book for the flight to Scotland. I've found few of them for reasonable price so I might buy one today before the price increases.

These are few snapshots from railcross European challenge we went to last Sunday. My mum got a VIP ticket since she works at the bank which sponsors the challenges. There are two more coming up. I will miss the one in July but I hope to see the final one in August. I am not a fan of autosports in general but things definitely get excited when the races are seen live. It was a good fun. ^^

I wish everyone a happy Friday!

Good morning Victoria!
I've never been to a race before, I bet they're very exciting!
Enjoy the beautiful weather and have a wonderful day!!!

Good morning Snowflake!
Wishing you a Happy Friday & Happy Weekend as well!

Thanks, HmG!!

Good morning, all!
Another Monday closer to vacation!
We are VERY busy here in northern California, known to some as the State of Jefferson. We plan to have an inspection on Monday morning and then get busy with the next phase--working on the inside area. Hubby has been checking and rechecking his cabinet calculations and placements.

Because of the "mess," I have not been able to get on to the house computer. Well, that means my iPad has been my main choice for almost all my computer work lately; and then the unspeakable happened! I dropped my iPad, not once, not twice, but three times and shattered the screen along the top portion!!! As you can probably guess, the iPad is really giving me fits! My screen is a showpiece for "spider web" cracks all over. Therefore, it takes forever to do any typing or to "like" a post or even to share a recipe!!! Is my iPad salvageable at all? Can a person replace just the screen? It just is not like it used to be, and I am so frustrated!

In addition, we came home from an overnight trip, and Hubby smelled smoke! He went into the add-on section to the house and discovered a black, sooty streak at the outlet for the fridge! Talk about scary! Kane was here while we were gone, and he discovered the burn mark after he, too, had smelled a burn smell. He reset the breaker for the fridge and then turned off all unneeded stuff: lamps, microwave, and the air conditioner to the travel trailer! Today, Hubby and Kane replaced the plug and moved the fridge to another socket just for the fridge. Now Kane will be able to have AC for the rest of the time he will need it until he moves the trailer. The high temps made Kane need the AC this week, and there was only one outlet for his use until all the plugs have been installed. So scary!

I hope all of y'all are well. I am working on scrapbooking a wedding album for my niece and a baby album for her sister. I am still the gofer around here, too. Take care, and I will check in when I can. You can email me if you can help me with my iPad problem. Thanks!

I haven't been to the Dr about my foot, I am too worried him telling me I can't work. I can't afford not to work right now with the new car payments and the vacation next month that we put a non-refundable deposit on back in April. I am stuck trying to make that decision.

I absolutely love bubble lights, they are some of my earliest memories of childhood of them being on our tree. The others being C7 lights, which I have on my tree every year along with bubbles.
you sound like me, I avoid doc for same reason, I have to work, get little enough hours as it is.
But I also find it all works out in the end.
Tell your doc you cannot miss work and ask what you can do to promote healing and keep working.

Merry Carey, I forgot to ask what your vacation plans are! Have a good one just in case I am unable to get back on!

Thanks, HmG!!

Yogi & Skittles are doing great. I'm going to take them out of their cage soon so they could run around and get some exercise. They're so cute. Skittles is still being a little nippy with me which makes me very nervous! Molly & Maggie are doing well too. They're not happy about the screaming parrot though. It's been fun bird sitting but I'm looking forward to them going back home, lol. It's a lot of work. We have them until Monday so I have a few more days. I took these pictures yesterday -

It's good to see you Seawaters!
I hope the inspection and the next phase of your kitchen goes well!
That's very scary about the outlet, I'm glad your hubby and Kane were able to take care of it!
Have fun with the scrapbooks, what thoughtful gifts!
Good luck with your Ipad, I hope it can be fixed!!!

Glad to hear all your work is coming along well for your new kitchen, and so happy to hear you caught the problem with the plug before it turned worse.
Hopefully you get your ipad fixed or replaced soon.
We miss seeing you here

Good morning!
It is going to be a nice day, sunny with temperatures in the mid 70's. It's supposed to be beautiful out all weekend!
My oldest has a routine doctor appointment this morning, I'm going to take a ride with her. We're going to stop at the butcher on the way home so I can get that over with. And then I'll be working on getting my daily chores out the way. I promised my youngest I would go to the mall with her after school, she wants to look for a couple of dresses for graduation day & her party.
The finisher is finally done with our kitchen cabinets. My husband is hoping to start installing them over the weekend. Fingers crossed that all goes well. This project has been going on way too long. It's hard to believe it's finally going to come together!
I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!!!

Good Morning, Weekend Eve Travelers.

And THIS Weekend Eve'er is traveling to the coast this afternoon!

But first, the numbers:
Days to the Season: 160
Days to Christmas Day: 202

Day after tomorrow -- the 200-day Christmas Day Milestone.
Creeping right along, we are!
Closer. Ever closer.

A spot of rain yesterday but nothing significant.
The heat and humidity are inching upward, but it's not bad yet.
(More to come, of course!)
We are at 71 degrees here right now.

Our own Christmas STAR has agreed again to step to the plate to pinch-hit for the count tomorrow and Sunday.
What a relief. No count lapse!
(That would be bad luck, you know.)
Thanks, my friend!

Have a Fabulous Friday, Friends.
See you here Monday morning!

I hope you get your cabinets this weekend. Will your husband install them by himself? Good luck shopping for the party dresses! When are graduation and your daughter's party? Did you guys have to make up any snow days? Take care and have fun!

Thank you so much Seawaters!
My husband will be installing the cabinets, he may ask his co worker to come over if he needs help lifting something. He's done all of the construction and also built the cabinets by himself. Having someone paint the cabinets was just about the only thing he didn't do.
The kids did have to make up a couple of snow days. They made them up during their Easter recess and Memorial Day weekend. Graduation day is June 28th and her party will be the following day. My daughter also has prom on the 26th. I can't believe this is my last one!
