Christmas Countdown - 2014

I had posted yesterday the "art" that Wayne and I saw at the Art Museum that doesn't make much sense. Here it is again and below is an art wall that I started over a year ago of my grandchildren's art that I put in frames and hung in the hallway. The kids are so proud of seeing their art hanging in frames on the wall. I have to say their art is far more superior than this one that is guarded at the art museum. :lol:

If you look on my art wall, the bottom right corner picture is of Santa on the roof. That one was mailed to me from Trackrebel's daughter Kandice! I was so tickled that she wanted me to have it so I added it to the wall! The top middle one was one my granddaughter did when she was 2 years old. That one is even way better than the top picture I took from the art museum! =)

I plan to start framing more pictures from the kids and filling up the other side of the hallway.

Such a cute "Wall of Arts"!!! And yes Your grandkids and Kandice are much better artists than the One WHO did this black Square with the stripes!!!! I don t really understand this Type of art.....give me a Graffiti over this everyday....much better, cooler and deeper than the square

It's a hot one here in North Jersey at the start of this last week of summer. Can you believe it's already here? I can't! Have a good one!

Hi! How is everyone today??

When does everyone do their fall decorating? When I lived in the city, it was like a contest in my neighborhood - EVERYONE was decorated in early September. I swear, some had their fall leaves up at the tail end of August!! Now in my suburban neighborhood, fall decorating isn't so popular but I still do it the first weekend in September, in general. How about you all??

I actually put a small fall item out at the end of July! I couldn't wait any longer. All through August I have been adding a little more and might get it all out today or within a few days. I don't have that much and could actually put it all out within an hour but just wanting to gradually add a little at a time.

LOL!!!! Well I was thinking of the feel like temp that's going to be over 100 today. It already feels like 95 out there.

Now that the kids are back in school I am trying to get all organized here. I got really behind on some projects this summer but we had fun even if I could not get things done.

It's been a "pumpkin" kind of weekend. I had went to Bath and Body Works and bought 2 pumpkin scented candles and 4 pumpkin car air fresheners. Then went over to Dollar Tree and found 2 glitter pumpkins. Yes, I said, "GLITTER"! :lol:

I know a lot of you don't care for the glitter and make jokes about it, I join in on it too but I do like some glitter on my holiday decorations to sparkle up the holiday! =)

Star- That beach looks like a great place to relax!!!!! I think i would need a nap though after climbing all of those stairs!!!!! :lol:

CAH- Traitor!!!!!! How could you bring glitter covered pumpkins into your house??

Well after 347 days, we have finally hit 90 degree's officially at the Indianapolis airport. I was really hoping we would go all summer without doing that. LOL!!!!!!!
