I was really hoping to have some time to catch up here today but it just didn't happen. I can't seem to catch a break. I hope to find some time tomorrow. I spoke with my brother earlier and he had to put his 14 year old West Highland Terrier down this morning. They are devastated. It was one of the hardest things he's ever had to do and it broke my heart to hear my 50 year old brother crying. We really are blessed to have these amazing pets in our lives. They bring us so much joy each and every day and work their way right in to our hearts. It's so hard to say goodbye.

I am so sorry for their loss, I will be sure to keep them in my thoughts.

Just wanted to share a couple of pictures. My daughters college is located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains. The first two pictures were taken right in front of her dorm. The last one is the view she has from inside her room. It's going to be beautiful when the trees change colors. And also when it snows!

We are getting a dog!!!
