I'm laughing about it now but it seriously scared me then. I am very happy now that it scared me because it kept me from doing that kind of stuff!!!

Good news about it is that 2 of those people in that group turned out to be successful good citizens so thankfully they put a stop to the nonsense. Not sure whatever happened to the others!

I'm glad they got things together!

I hope work is going well for you!

I'm hanging in there, it's been a little bit rough trying to keep up with everything at home. Plus my headaches/migraines have been awful lately. I adore the kids but the last place I want to be when I have a migraine is in a preschool! Anyway, I asked my boss to cut my hours, I'm praying this will be the last week that I have to be there every day. We'll see.

Good Morning and Happy Pines Day!
I hope everyone has a great day!

Merry Wednesday! Hope all is good.

We just got back from a walk out. Weather is fitting and perfect for this time of year. My little one picked his costume out today, bumble bee transformer. Once we got home he won't wear though. Kids! Hopefully he will come around by Friday. My eldest is Darth Vader.

Last night we watched House On Haunted Hill (1959) http://youtu.be/dFtLw4lbgP8 along with Halloween episodes of Frasier, Big Bang and Melissa and Joey. Continuing the theme tonight. we are having so much fun and loving the seasonal festivities!!!! I am sure you all are too!

Well of to bake some Minion cookies with the kids. Have a spooky Wednesday everyone!

That sounds great! On the album, though, doesn't John sing a Day in the Life? I know Paul sings that middle part but is it John the rest of the time?

You are correct! Paul only sings the middle upbeat part, John sings the rest.

I'm glad they got things together!

Me too! It was at that time it was okay to reconnect with them! =)

Praying all goes well for you and you get the hours you originally wanted!

You went to a Paul McCartney concert???

We just saw him earlier this month. We have seen him 4 times and the last 2 concerts he sang, Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite and Lovely Rita - both off of Sgt. Pepper. The first 2 times I saw him he sang, A Day in the Life and Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (reprise).

I can't wait to see him again! He puts on an excellent show!!!
We saw him in Atlanta Oct 15. It was the second time we've seen him. The first was at Texas Stadium in 1991. Unbelievable show. On stage for 3 hours & sang 40 songs. His version of 'Something' was really cool. When the wife and I were dating, every couple had "their song." Ours was 'Maybe I'm Amazed'. I can remember as a kid, watching the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan show in 1964.

Praying for you! My wife suffers from migraines too. I'm so sorry!

You're right. Actually it was two separate songs and George Martin, their producer, had the idea to put them together and made 1 amazing song.

Good Morning, MMC!!! It's going to be a chilly day here with a high in the mid 50's. It's going to be another boring day here. Just more work around the house and looking for jobs. I might do some baking to later this afternoon. I just need to see what I have the stuff to make. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!

House on Haunted Hill is great! Can't beat Vincent Price, and the director William Castle always made fun movies.

Have a great day!

We saw him here in Dallas 2 days before you did!

The first time I saw him was at Cowboys Stadium in 2009. Why did I wait so long to see him??? I have been a fan for over 30 years! The best was when we went to Austin last year, we were right next to the stage. I was in heaven! Lol! His rendition of, Something, is great with him starting out with the story of George and the ukelele that was given to him.

We saw Ringo back in July, great to see him too.

He is amazing and glad you enjoyed the show! I know I did!

CAH and Mgramsey,

I'm listening to Rubber Soul now, which is my personal favorite album of theirs. I like What Goes On. I like that Ringo would mix in a little country! He actually released a whole country solo album! :)

Good Pines day morning all. Another too warm day here but Friday night/Saturday morning look great. The low should be around 28 with at least a dusting of snow. The snow is not supposed to start until around midnight. Wish it could start earlier. It is neat to watch high school football with snow coming down. It would be great to get a foot of snow but I'll take what I can get.

I hope you get more snow than is predicted!! Bet you are looking forward to the cooler weather. ENJOY!!! Have a great day mgramsey!

That makes sense! At least this gives you something to look forward to when the holidays are over and keep you busy during the summer!

Exactly!! The countdown to April 1st starts about January 3rd!

Oh yeah, Holiday, I will miss the stories of your time spent out there! Now it gives me something to look forward to when it warms up and get to hear your stories again! :D

 We will have some winter adventures with the lake neighbors too!! =) Starting with CHRISTMAS open house shopping in a quaint little town on Nov. 8th!!!

Enjoy the snow, Mgramsey!!!! It looks like we may see some flurries here on Friday!!
