Thanks everybody!!! I came home from work thinking I was going to bake Dad some oatmeal choc chip cookies for his birthday - no oatmeal! :-? So I thought I would bake him a pineapple upside down cake - Guess what ?? I only have pineapple chunks, no rings! So I'm baking it anyway, using the chunks. Might not be as pretty, but it will hopefully taste good. It smells good!!

I did!! I didn't buy anything at the mall but it was nice to just walk around and look at all of the decorations.

I had Johnny Rockets for lunch. It was the first time that I have ever had it. It was good.

Did you have one of their milkshakes? Those are awesome!!! Burgers are yum too!
