Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!
What a big weekend we had!
Friday evening, Jacob went to the movies with a friend, and the girls went shopping, so Jim & I worked on the Camaro. We have tires on it!! Ok, the tires are more like the ones the Old Man used on "A Christmas Story"; they were once made of rubber, and they once held air. But we can now move it out of the dark spot in the shop, and into the light. It looks like a car again! We put the steering wheel back in it, and worked on getting the dash pad to look good. I'm tickled with our progress!
I worked on the Camaro more Saturday morning, then I went home to cut the grass (since Holiday's wife-work-ethic wasn't passed on the Nancy  ). After that, we had a HUGE fish fry that most of Bellville came to. I don't eat fried fish, but we had some good fellowship.
Yesterday, we took Mrs. Hilda to this sketchy-looking Chinese place that she likes. The food was actually pretty good. Whew! Then we visited with my mom when she got home from the beach.
Now it's crunch week, with school finals, Jacob's band's gig this weekend, and Elizabeth's recital this weekend. Lord, help us through!
I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy
