For now, we commence mid week at 75 degrees, here.

Come up to New England for a breather. We had a few really humid, awful days, but that has broken and today is prime summer weather!

I envy you! Our windows don't open here---so we have to suffer too-cold air conditioning on a lovely day like this. And as for playing hooky---I wish I could, too!

The way my luck runs, if I ever played hooky, I'd accidentally wind up in news video or a viral video, and everyone would know it ... the only foolproof way would be to stay indoors and watch movies all day. (Wait a minute, that doesn't sound bad ... )

I'm heading out soon to run a few errands. I need to stop at the pet store for a few things, Rite Aid and Hallmark for an ornament that came in. Back home afterward to work on my daily chores.
My BIL and SIL are visiting from Florida and we will be going out to dinner with them later this evening, can't wait to see them!

Good morning MMC! Happy Hump/Pines Day!!! Hope everyone is having a good day!! As I mentioned before it's absolutely perfect here this morning. Sunshine, 64º, low humidity! Lovin it. Our high is 79º today, but the humidity is supposed to stay away which makes a huge difference!

I didn't get to go shopping after work last night, which was fine with me...but now I need to go today. Thankfully my sister has a shirt I am borrowing for family pictures, so I only need to go to the grocery tonight. That's not so bad! After work yesterday my sis & I trimmed Moms shrubs, then I ran to the lake to drop a few things off, went home to mow lawn & pull weeds in the grotto & then I was about worn out! BUT Gracie wanted to play ball, so we did! It was such a nice night to be outside!

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

I was lazy yesterday afternoon, and didn't even go to Jim's shop to work on the Camaro. I don't know what got into me! I probably won't get a chance to go there today, and I know he needs to take it off of the lift rack. Curse my lazy bones!

Elizabeth had to be at play practice at 8am this morning, and I know she and Jacob were up late playing Minecraft last night. She'll learn!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!! Happy Hump Day!!!!! It's going to be a nice day here with a high of 80 and barely any humidity!! Still to warm for my taste but not bad for this time of year. I think I'm going to take advantage of the cooler temps to do some cooking and baking today. Nothing to fancy. Just some snack stuff and a few dishes that I can freeze and warm up later.
