Just came inside from running a few errands here on campus and let me say...it is gorgeous out! So much so I didn't want to come back to the office.

What's the weather like where you are?

It is beautiful here too! 71º & BREEZY!! The air coming through the window at work is chilly ~ I have a jacket on!

It is very windy & 57 degrees! Wish I was at home in front of the fireplace with an apple cider, cozy blanket, and watching a movie!

Yes, so cute...but she is going to have her hands full with Addy! LOL! There are very few people that she likes! Mom, Dad, Grandpa, & Aunt Carolyn. Everyone else gets the cold shoulder. I don't think Kate is going to be among her favorites for awhile.

Happy Monday!

Some good news- my FIL was released from the hospital yesterday evening. We're praying that he has a smooth transition. Thank you again for your prayers.

And I got my car back!
Adrian was able to get a tip from an Acura dealer on where we could actually get the part locally. After many hoops, he got one, dropped it off to our guys, and we had an appointment scheduled for today. But, they had a cancellation yesterday and were able to fit my car in, we got a call last night that it was finished and that there was a cashier there until 10 o'clock if we wanted to pick it up. Thank God!
Things are looking up. (Knocking on wood!)

Holiday - I have a jacket on too but not from the air coming in from outside but our airconditioning unit here in the office. It's about 85 degrees here in MD.

Snowflake - I'm envisioning your scenario about the cider, blanket and movie but it's still a tad bit early for me. I'm gonna hold off til the 'bers officially roll in to try and make that happen. Although last night I did light my first candle of the fall season - it was pumpkin spice.

Good morning MMC! I'm finally caught up! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Hard to believe it's Monday already again! We had such a nice weather weekend, despite the rain last night. At least it held off until then! We just hung out at the lake all weekend. Hubby made wings, turkey ribs & corn on the cob Saturday night. Everybody brought a side dish or dessert. Everything was delicious! Today we are getting a new roof on our trailer at the lake. I didn't realize that was going to happen this year, but when I got out there on Friday he had the shingles under our awning. I guess we're getting a new roof. LOL!
