Christmas clubs - I'm totally/ 100% all for them. each and every paycheck, I have money automatically electronically deposited in it and at the beginning of the Christmas season, a check gets mailed to me....It's a great way to save....

We too do a Christmas club, it really adds a peace of mind that there will be money for the holidays.

Boy, I worked a lot yesterday. After taking care of my part-time business work, I borrowed a pressure washer from my brother-in-law and pressure-washed Mrs. Hilda's house. It was a lot of work, and I slept like a log last night, but I LOVE running a pressure washer! I have to ask Santa for one this year!

We just got back from church. Now I'm off to lunch at mom's. This afternoon, we're pruning the pecan trees. oh, joy. LOL

Hi folks! How is your evening so far! Good day today, a little busy, vacuumed the floors, cleaned some inside, I burned up some cardboard boxes outside, went for a walk, and did some exploring on the adjacent property next to mine (it's 300+ acres) woods, swamps streams and fields. I found this old dilapidated county farm house, with falling down barns, corn silos, etc... it was pretty cool! Found this neat looking old green square bottle in the ground, I brought it home with me. After I got home, about 10 minutes later, I found a friend crawling on my chest, a deer tick.... So I stripped, clothes in the washer and me in the shower....next time I go in the woods, I'm wearing DEET..

We are just relaxing a bit, had our night time snack and watching a movie now!

Glad you found the tick quickly. You should get some pictures of the old farmhouse.

It has been a long day today, LC's birthday party was a fun time. He says it was his greatest party ever. He got lots of toys, money and gift cards. We have decided this was our last big birthday party for either boy. They have been spoiled for years with them, it is just getting too expensive to keep doing it year after year.

I replaced my tablet today, I've been saving my pennies, and I finally made my goal last week and bought the Samsung Galaxy tab s 8.4. I absolutely love it, there is so much more I can do with it compared to the Kindle. I loved my Kindle too, but wow this is amazing. I have used it here trying to post videos (which was very hard to do on the Kindle) pictures and watching videos posted here. It can do it all quite easy.

I will be heading to bed, another day getting up early.
