MMMMmmmmmm, the smell of breads, cinnamon rolls and ribs, it must smell heavenly.

The man has been a physical therapist for 30 years already....he made Kandice do several movements and Tell her what she feels...then she had to lay down and examined her....his result....she strained the adductors on her left leg.....a typical Soccer and also Field Hockey injury...nothing serious...but painfull

Good evening,

I am in the house, nice and quiet, wife and kids went to a party held by my wife's boss that started while I was at work. So I have a little me time, I treated myself to a steak on the grill, and went all rebel by having tater tots with it instead of a baked potato or steak fries. It was quite yummy.
Watching Big Bang Theory, another repeat I have seen at least a dozen times, but you pay all this money for cable, why would you think something would be on?

I hope you all are having a good Saturday.

One above ground swimming pool up, a garage clean, trees trimmed and the kids old fort/swing set taken down and hauled away.

No wonder I'm so dang tired! :)
