Continued prayers you are feeling better by tomorrow! xxYes, as you can tell by now I am not one to go the doctor's easily LOL. I always think I can beat whatever it is.
Goodness I missed a lot of posts for the first half of the year. I am so relieved to hear she improved and I will be praying that her next results will be clear. It sounds like you have had good care by the Vet for her. When is her appointment?
Well, I'm glad it's supposed to cool off some for you! Though I'm sure you would like it colder! We are having the same kind of weather - our lows are our normal highs for this time of year. Hmmmm!Next week's forecast looks a little better with closer to normal temp but no real cold. Last night the wife and I slept with the windows open and a ceiling fan on. Our lows have been what our highs should be.
Good Morning MMC!
Not caught up and popping in just briefly--was out late last night with my first rehearsal with our city's pops orchestra! I'm subbing in for their Veterans' Day concert. It's kind of cool that a great band wants me to play with them, even just for a concert for right now.
Off to work in just a few. I'm looking forward to the weekend already, but I have to work Sunday again. Between now and Christmas, I'll be working over hours on different days, so I'll be readjusting my schedule to get that time off! I'm super tired today. Hope I can stay awake!
Hope everyone has a Christmasy and wonderful day! Thinking of everyone who needs good thoughts! See you tonight at the Pines!
I love that!
She is your baby girl!
Good Wednesday Morning MMC! We currently have 52 degrees with sunny skies. We are expecting a forecast high temperature today of 70 degrees with sunny skies. Is this November or September? I'll take it though because at some point we're going to get hit with a cold shot I'm sure.
Amazing how every time I turn around it seems to be Wednesday again. I can't believe how close we are to the season now. It's unbelievable and nerve wracking yet exciting. We wait all year to get to this point. I hope you guys all gear up the rest of this week and we can make it to a great weekend (the last one before the season).
Have a great Wednesday everyone. See you at the pines. Talk to you guys later!
I just wanted to drop in quickly to say hi to everyone. Today I am enjoying my day off by cleaning the house, which is now about done. I will head out to do some shopping and get some groceries, maybe I'll drop by the new Christmas outlet store I spotted in the city center and after I will grade some tests with Christmas music on the back ground.
I will catch up on my reading on here later. I wish you all a great afternoon (or day, depending on where you are)!

Good afternoon everyone! Having a very warm sunny day here (73 degrees F). This morning flew by, hoping to get some shopping done tonight. Have a good day mmc![]()
Good Morning, Folks.
Hey! Look at the Season count.
Be excited.....or be scared. Your choice.
Days to the Season:: 9 (SINGLE DIGITS! Holy Cow!!)
Days to Thanksgiving: 22 (THREE weeks from tomorrow!)
Days to Christmas Day: 51 (Closing in on seven weeks!)
(??How can things be moving so fast??)
The rain continued yesterday, albeit at a lower level.
More rain is possible this morning, then perhaps drier for the afternoon.
Right now, we show 57 degrees on our water-soaked back door thermometer.
Well, see you at the 'Pines tonight.
Carl's starting to get excited about the imminent approach of the Season and next Wednesday will be the LAST open house before the Season starts, believe it or not.
Be sure not to miss that one!
Have a Wonderful Wednesday, Everyone!
GOOD MORING MMC !!!!
It is Wednesday already, time for another party at the pines ! and half way through he week already.
Glad to hear most of you are well, to the rest, take care of yourself and get better soon ((((HUGS)))
Going to be another beautiful day here, going to get out for a long walk
Good morning everyone. Have a great Wednesday!
Good morning, everyone!
Happy Pines Day. After about a week off from teaching (yep, there weren't many jobs), I am back at Russell. Actually, I am here for the rest of the week. All for the same teacher - hooray!
'Pines Day should be a grand time tonight. Carl usually pulls out all the stops in November! Those traditional and festive colours will probably start making their presence known throughout our favourite meeting place.
It's a beautiful Wednesday in Canada's Capital. Temperatures are to reach a sunny 15c/59f today with minimal wind. You really could not ask for a better day in November!
I hope everyone is enjoying seeing Christmas budding before their very eyes! Have a great 'Pines Day, everyone!!

Good Morning, HomemakinGirl! Happy Wednesday to you too!!![]()
Just an FYI - they also have a hard or soft plastic containers as well if that would help w/ the nutjob cats?

Happy pines day. Our depressing weather continues with lots of rain and much too warm temps. We finally had a dry day yesterday & are forecast for one today but rain returns Friday & Saturday. Hopefully the rain holds off Friday night. Our county's high school plays the neighboring counties HS for the conference football championship. Most of the county will be there and it would be a shame to have rain mess it up.
Have a blessed day.
Good Morning, Everyone!
Busy, busy, busy! But, always some Christmas music going in the background. Our little girl's vocabulary has just EXPLODED in the last few weeks. She just turned 2 on Saturday and when she says some things, my husband and I scratch our heads and say, "Where did she hear that?" Now and then I am happy to hear her repeat lyrics from the Christmas music we listen to. Her favorite song, by far, is the Burl Ives version of "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "Santa Clause is Coming to Town". I also love it when she says, "Mistletoe". I am creating a future MMC member! LOL!!
Have a great Wednesday, All! See you at the Pines!
Enjoy your long walk with Maggie!! Have fun shopping online!! Have a great day!

Same here I never really go to the Dr. (even though I know I probably should). I don't really ever get sick but...I still should get back in to the habit of going for regular checkups once a year.Yes, as you can tell by now I am not one to go the doctor's easily LOL. I always think I can beat whatever it is.

Hey Brent! Have a great day teaching at Russell today & then enjoy that beautiful weather!!!
Hope work goes well. Christmas is truly blossoming here. Staff at shops are like busy little elves stocking the shelves with all things christmas! By mid november we should be in full bloom which means I will be able to start my hunt for the perfect ornament for this year's ornament exchange!! Have a great day!
Good afternoon, Brent!Good morning, everyone!
