Happy Friday Eve, holiday!Good morning MMC! Happy Friday Eve!! Wow this week flew!! Our snow yesterday didn't amount to anything! It flurried a little bit & I enjoyed that while putting lights on our shrubs at home! My neighbor was out putting hers up & she inspired me!This morning is dark & dreary (& chilly) but there's no precip in the forecast! I'm in an extra good Christmassy mood today since this is my last day of work for the week - big shopping day tomorrow with my friend. Looking forward to it!

Gracie is definitely one of us! And she is a smart cookie to unwrap a candy cane. I have trouble unwrapping those things!Awesome idea!! I sometimes put a candy cane in my coffee!
And speaking of candy canes, yesterday a friend of mine sent me these cute snowmen garland she made - she had candy canes stuffed in front of them in pouches & between the snowmen are stocking she had stuffed with candy canes. Well when I took it out of the box, one of the candy canes fell on the floor & Gracie snatched that thing up, unwrapped it & gobbled it down! She must like them too!

The mug is down to four candy canes, but the traffic almost made me late today so I couldn't stop to buy more on the way to work. Maybe I can sneak out for a few minutes later to the nearby Walgreen's for another box. I'd like to keep the mug "magically" replenished during the season.

I'm at Russell today. I was here yesterday and Tuesday, but super busy on both dates. I am back again tomorrow, too. I hope your Christmas Seasons have been going swimmingly.
Not much to update here. The weather has been a little above seasonal. We're suppose to get some mixed precipitation sometime today. I am sure that it will not be too pleasant for driving. Luckily, it is suppose to stop later this evening. I'm actually at school until about 10pm today. The students are having their "Winter Wonderland" Oscars celebration. They asked me to chaperone last week. I like seeing them have a good time, so I agreed. The only real downfall is that I will miss most of the Packers game. As of right now, however, they don't really deserve to have me watch their games... It's been a while since I've said that.
Well, I should prepare for my first class. I'm in the Art room all day. Although I am awful at art, I like it in here.

I spent a lovely afternoon sleeping most of it and listening to relaxing music. I felt a bit bad because I had not been very productive, but it was a relaxing afternoon.
I will make up for it today, though! Soon I will head into the city center to do some Sinterklaas shopping (we will celebrate that this Saturday) and I will send a couple of e-mails that needs sending before that. Yay for being productive!

Typical day of errands and chores. I'm also going to do some online shopping and put some more decorations out. My mother stopped by yesterday and gave me a beautiful ceramic Christmas tree. I'll post a picture of it later, I just have to decide where I'm going to put it!

awe, to bad about the snow...there is none in our forecast till at least LittleCS's birthday on the 14th. We are putting up all our indoor decorations starting today and will be done on the weekend. Love Light Tree ceremony last night at Mayo Health here in Eau Claire. We had a white light in memory of my mother who passed this past June. It was a very nice service with the local high school Madrigal Singers.
