Days to Christmas Day: 236

And we thus move to within 12 days of the half way point to Christmas Season 2016.
(Yes, Folks. We are just that close!)


More rain, accompanied yesterday afternoon by a severe thunderstorm warning from our local weather station.
No direct problem occurred in our area, save for the usual collection of pine cones that seem to fall with every storm.
Now today continues the threat and it is drizzly and overcast as I type this with the thermometer reading 66 degrees.

Almost made it through my Tuesday at work...3 more hours to go. This is the last day of dbl shifts. Getting a little aged for 20 hr workday..lol

Wow 20 hour days.

Good morning MMC! Happy Tuesday! I'm hoping today I have more of a chance to catch up with all you peeps!!

I'm planning to leave work a little early today to head to the Amishville garden centers with my sisters! Fingers crossed that works out!! xx

Merry Tuesday!! I am dragging today..this dreary weather makes it so hard to get out of bed. My oldest daughter has an orthodontist appt today and my youngest daughter has a consult for braces..ugh! I hope they say we can hold off..we really don't want to have to pay for 2 at the same time...lol

Oh yeah this weather definitely affects everyone.

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

I had to leave a little early and take Jacob to the doctor's office to get his immunization records for college. On the way home, it stormed terribly. The trees were leaning in the wind and the rain was coming down in thick sheets. Just as we were coming up on Bellville, lightning struck a telephone pole in front of us! Sparks flew and a wire fell from the pole. Awesome! LOL

Then I had to get back in the car to take Elizabeth to dance. Luckily, the storm had mostly passed over by then. I hope today is a little less eventful.

Good evening,

I took a quick catnap when I got home this afternoon, the late night last night did me in. This is probably the most stressful week of the year at work, today was very high stress, more of the same tomorrow. I have a trainee working this week and I was only able to spend a handful of minutes with him today. Ughh!
JP has baseball practice tomorrow, the problem is he doesn't want to play it anymore. He is in love with lacrosse now, and wants to play that instead. We told him he is committed to playing baseball this year, but next year we will sign him up for lacrosse. I think LC is thinking of playing it too, and he doesn't even like sports. It is a good sport for them to play and would be proud of them to try it. New England Black Wolves mania knows no bounds in this household.

Good Tuesday Morning MMC! Another Monday bit the dust pretty fast for me. Another cloudy and rainy day here. Looks like this week is not gonna be nice but maybe by the weekend it may start to clear out and warm up by then too. Next week they're saying 70s and some sunshine which would be beautiful. At least it doesn't appear we're heading straight into the hot and humid weather this year. Spring has taken it's time.
