Happy Friday!
I logged on here last night and fell asleep with my phone in my hands before I had the chance to say goodnight. The lack of sleep catches up with me every once in a while. Maggie woke up twice last night but went back to sleep both times, not too bad. I'm having my coffee right now, watching the news and working on a menu plan and grocery list. I need to get moving soon, I need to straighten up the house and start working on the laundry. I have a few errands to run. I'll be heading to my parents house this afternoon. Their tenants moved out and I'm going to help them get the apartment cleaned up. She wants to call the real estate agent soon so that they could find new tenants. My husband has plans after work to help a friend do some electric work. It will just be me and my two youngest for dinner, think I'll take a break from cooking and get take out with them. That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a nice day!

I know what you mean. One minute it's November, next thing it's January lol. Just have to try and make the most if every minute if the build up.

I'm glad the drinking water wasn't contaminated. It's interesting, though, how much particulate is allowed in city water. As mayor, I got all the reports from the testing labs that show acceptable levels of minerals, etc. It's all still just water that comes from a well.

I'm looking forward to some cooler weather, too, but it'll be at least late October.
 
Edge: Congratulations on getting Rollins home! Great first picture you posted of Rollins at home ~ what a cutie he is! A belated Happy Birthday to your brother!

Snowflake: I had no idea that Harlowe had to have all those tests taken the other day. I'm glad the results showed she is maintaining. Keeping her in prayer! (((hugs))) for you both!

Good afternoon!

Hanging out at home w/Palmer and the cats outside. The outdoor cats are being terrorized by a big black cat so I'm keeping watch on them. Last week it fought Claws and this morning it was Bogart. My poor boys!

Listening to a Murder, She Wrote episode. My mom loved that show ~ makes me feel like she is around whenever I watch one. :)

Working on some store tasks this evening and the usual chores. There is a lot of rain on the way this weekend, so I need to get a few meals cooked as last week we lost power and phone service several times during the storms.
