Thank you!
Miss Gracie goes to see her friend Kelly this afternoon. (groomer) She'll be excited! LOL
Hope she has a great time! Can't wait to see a pic of her day at the salon!

Sounds fun for her. By the way, Rollins stands on his 2 back legs straight up leans against me and keeps himself standing while he moves in a circle almost as if he's dancing and pushing his paws against me every few seconds to keep his balance. Strong back legs? Don't remember Nitro doing that.
HA! Maybe you should sign him up for the next Dancing With The Stars! (he's already a star here!) Too cute!

Merry Pines Day, Brad!
Hope the humidity stays low. Keep cool!
Best of luck with the plaque~
How has Russell been doing? Continued prayers for him, his family, and friends.
Have a blessed day! :)
Thanks, Snowflake!

His symptoms are becoming more pronounced almost every day. He hasn't said how long he plans to continue working, but we'll support him as long as he wants to stay. He is handling this, at least here at work, with a dignity that is awesome to see. Thanks for asking!

On duty! (Workplace jobs come first, though!)
Just sound like yourself, and if you use $5 words, make sure they're the right ones.
Thanks! The people at the trophy store said we would need a 9" x 12" plaque for all the words I have LOL!

Is everyone having a wonderful Wednesday so far??? I'm having a busy one so far but maybe that means it will fly by. We're still experiencing some warm temps here in MD but the humidity seems to be staying away so it's tolerable. We've got church this evening; prayer meeting for me and Master's club for Lizzybeth.

London and I were discussing how busy our schedules have become since school has started back up for she and her sister and with her now working. She was saying how she feels like she never sees us anymore because all our free time is taken with some sort of church event. I looked over my calendar for the next month and she's right. I have something planned just about every weekend from this weekend until the end of October, with only two Saturdays where I'm free. But it's not all church stuff. We've got a Halloween party on the 22nd and the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure race on the 23rd. I'm so busy in fact that I don't have time to do anything as she calls it "fun" for my b-day this Sunday. I'll be in church practically all day minus a few hours between 1-3:30pm. So I've decided to push my birthday celebration to October 1st (which would have been my dad's 76th bday) and if she's not working we'll go see the Magnificent Seven. It was my dad's favorite western and my mum would have loved it as well. They both loved westerns. If she's working then well...I guess we won't celebrate it this year which is okay because it's not a milestone b-day, just me turning 39.

Well, everyone have a great day and stay blessed.
Happy Pines Day, Ladybugkisses!
Hope you guys can celebrate your Birthday, along with your Dad's, on October 1st. I'm sure he'll be smiling down, there with you guys in spirit, and loving it.
Fingers crossed things slow down soon.
Happy early Birthday! Have a blessed day~

Thank you! Day is going pretty well!
I didn't sleep real well last night - we should have chatted! ;) We had a little "incident" in the neighborhood last night w/ a stranger (male) aimlessly walking around our subdivision carrying a bottle of cleaner. Said he was a Kirby salesman. Didn't have any ID & no cell phone. Said his driver was coming to pick him up...this was 8:30pm - it was dark out. Sheriff came & talked to him. He was going to stick around & try to get the license plate # of the driver that picked him up. Never did hear how it turned out but I sure am curious. Just made it hard to fall back to sleep when I woke up in the middle of the night thinking about that.
Emma has a cleaning job today - I told her when she left she should lock Moms door incase the Kirby salesman is out & about again today. He could walk right in her house! UGH!
Anyway....have a wonderful day!
Creepy! But at least he wasn't dressed like a clown! One of those guys will wind up getting shot. By me, if he comes near my family!

We should have!
I'm sorry that you didn't sleep well, that is unnerving about the guy.
Let us know if you find out any more to the story.
Keeping your Mom in my prayers, today. I'm sure she'll stay safe, but prayers are always a good thing =)
I texted my neighbor. She works at the court house & is friends w/ many of the deputies...including the one who showed up last night. So hopefully she will get the scoop! It may have been nothing but our little community notices a stranger pretty quick - like you said - unnerving! Especially since he had NO ID - not even to show the Sheriff. Just weird!
Thank you for the prayers. I really wasn't too concerned for Moms safety but made me feel better to have Emma lock the door. My sis is there visiting this afternoon, but hopefully her doorbell doesn't ring. Seems like once they're in the area they start at one end of the town & make their way around over several days. They need to go away!

Hope she has a great time! Can't wait to see a pic of her day at the salon!
She just gets a bath & a brush out today...so of course she came in with completely black paws this morning from running in the mulch. I really think she knows when she's going to Kelly's - she's going to get good 'n dirty for her. LOL

Totally agree. That is extra creepy!!
This guy appeared to be pretty clean cut....but I only saw him after dark & for a brief moment as I was pulling in our driveway & he was standing at the edge of our driveway. He scared me cuz I didn't see him right away!! Thankfully Jim was in the garage when I pulled in. He had asked Jim for a bottle of water.

Thanks, Snowflake!

You're welcome, friend!
I'm very sorry to hear that, prayers.
What an amazing, honorable man he is.
Sending hugs to you.

Continued thoughts & prayers for you & Russell. I can't imagine how tough it is to watch the disease progress. (((HUGS))) He sounds like an amazing man!

Got enough for us all? +a

I certainly do!

I was going to ask what you are making but I see snowflake already took care of that & it sounds delicious!!!
@snowflake22 - pick me up on the way. I'll bring the Hot Toddy! ;)

Great!

Wow! Can I come, too? :)

Of course! But you have to bring me some RC cola and mud pies :D

Sounds delicious!! See you soon, I'll bring the wine!

Look forward to it!

Hmmm I don't like strangers lurking either. Could be nothing like you say but it's the doubt that they put in your mind. Glad your sheriff came out.

I was meaning to ask how he was. Continued prayers. He sounds like a brave man indeed.
