Good morning ~
Happy Tuesday and Merry November 1st!
I hope everyone had a Happy Halloween. Can't believe it's behind us already, October flew by. Today I will spend some time taking down my Halloween decorations and replacing it with the rest of my Autumn & Thanksgiving decor. I also have to do some food shopping. And we have to attend a wake later this evening, sadly my husbands Aunt passed from a massive heart attack. The funeral will be tomorrow morning.
I hope everyone is well and has a great day. And I'm wishing all of you a wonderful month of November <3

Good Morning to all the MMC members. My four-day break is finally over. The Zoo-Boo went very well, last night was a blast and now it is time to get back into the swing of things.
Since I usually stay up awhile on my first day back to work, I will clean up the Halloween decor from the front yard and replace it with Thanksgiving, go through some more of the Christmas totes, see about those non-working lights on the roof and finish cleaning the office. That should keep me busy until noon or so.
Have a fun, enjoyable and memorable 1st day of November...

Happy 1st of November everyone!! Kids made a haul last night in candy and I did notice a serious lack of people out.

Good Morning, New Month Season Expecters!

And yes. It's true as can be.
This month -- this VERY MONTH -- Christmas Season 2016 will commence!

Can this really be true?
Well, just look here:
Days to the Season: 12 (So close to SINGLE DIGITS!)
Days to Christmas Day: 54 (Moving in on the 50 day mark!)
(Yes. It's true alright.)


Our really nice weather continues and we had a high of about 70 yesterday, with sunny skies and no rain.
Today should be pleasant as well (upper 60's) then it will turn warmer for Wednesday and Thursday.
Currently, we are at 55 degrees here under cloudy skies.

I saw Crown trick or treating as a sofa cushion ! and Jayish as a Rockette! Very Yabba!

Yep. Bing was a mug. Wanted to go trick-or-treating with them but was afraid of getting spilled on.
(Hard to get coffee stains out of upholstery, you know.)

Morning Gunny. Sorry to hear your Trick or Treat time was not as good as it could have been. I was happy that here we seemed to have done a lot better than in the past few years.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

I was not able to visit here much in the last few days so I hope you guys are well and had a great time.
We had a lovely Halloween. It was a pleasant, dry and foggy evening perfect for trick or treating. The children were exhausted when they came home and so were we! The fog got thicker and thicker as the night went on. It was the first evening fog of the season and fit well with the Halloween atmosphere.

Next up is Bonfire Night on November 05th. The Halloween atmosphere will continue till then.

It's a wonderful feeling knowing that we are now in November!

Well...I was disappointed yesterday during work...only saw 1 student dressed up. But I went for a run when my daughter had hockey practice. Totally forgot that trick-or-treaters were going to be out. Saw a bunch of cute little ones. Scary and exciting to think that it's November already!! Hope everyone had a great day!!

Wow only 1 student. That's kind of sad...but glad you saw some more kids later on!

Good November Tuesday Morning! Hope everyone had a very Happy Halloween. Mine was good. I loved seeing the kids dressed up as I drove around where I work. One plus to working right near a bunch of schools is I get to see them every year dressed up. Had plenty of candy...maybe a sugar overload a bit? Plenty leftover and probably going to buy some discounted candy the next few weeks so that'll last me till Easter. Will have to give some of it away. Hope everyone has a great first day of NOVEMBER! Everything is straight in front of us now!

Howdy Ryan. Yes, how quickly they grow up and change. The wonder is how we choose to travel back to those days as we get older. Sometimes on our own and sometimes through our children. Enjoy the day and the times. Happy November.

I'm at work but wanted to wish everyone Happy Halloween! Hope the kids (and kids at heart) are all enjoying the holiday.

Since the teeth I had ordered to make props for my toothfairy costume didn't arrive in time, I improvised and made the following accessories out of felt (bracelet, chain and wand).

I really enjoyed seeing people smile and laugh when they saw my costume. Got lots of compliments from customers too. But I can't wait to get out of this tulle skirt!

Hard to believe Halloween is now just about in the rear view, now I can focus on finishing my Christmas playlists and change out the music on my phone.

Cant believe we are in NOVEMBER!!??
We are having dinner guest today, all the way from the US
Looking forward to that...
But I fainted two times last night so I have this bump in my forehead
and a cut over my nose... Dont look so good..

A little bit dissapointment over Halloween this year.
People are sending out their kids trick or treating but they are NOT
opening the doors them self to others trick and treaters...
Whats up with that?
My little one was so disappointed

hey my friends, how was Your halloween?
Kandice was dressed as a Gryffindor pupil (Harry Potter´s house in the wizcard school Hogwarts) and we went to my dear friend Marina´s place, who hosted a little Halloween party with games, nice food (cupcakes and later on homemade pizza and soup) and then trick or treating).....we watched the 4th. part of Halloweentown when we got home.....it was a nice day and she had a blast.
Now we are chilling at home...she´s playing silly games on my iphone....and I am watching a bit of TV and surf thru the net.
It´s AllSaints here which is a holiday in some of the German states....not all....lol....but we are lucky.....actually the last holiday in my state until Christmas!!!
We might visit a zoo today or just be chilling at home....not sure yet...but we won´t be bored!
