Yum!Morning everyone. 12 pm and I have apprx. 300 Spritz cookies I have made today. The cookie press hasnt been kind to me today and more than once I thought of bouncing it off the floor!! Going to try out a Sugar Cookie that you use the gun on next.
I hope your trip home was safe, and I hope your daughter's test went well!
I just made a dbl batch of Ginger bread. 1st batch was with traditional molasses. 2nd batch was the original made with honey. Dough wont be ready until 5 pm. Then I am done for today...lolYum!
I got a batch of sugar cookies baked, in spite of fighting with some overly-cold dough at the start. They came out pretty good. They make me nostalgic, because it's the recipe my mom used. The flavor really takes me back.
Uhh..I will need a med this year..I can already feel it.Absolutely. Feels like we were just celebrating New Years!

Glad your husband is okay! Sorry about the car though!Doggone weather ... Mr. slid off the road and hit a mailbox post. Nobody was hurt, and he was able to limp the car home, but the car is definitely not going anywhere until it gets repairs.
I just gave him a couple fresh-from-the-oven chocolate chip cookies to help him feel better.
Thank you!Glad your husband is okay! Sorry about the car though!
Your welcome! Praying you have a safe ride into work and home as well tomorrow. Stay safe!Thank you!
On top of that, they're warning about black ice tonight and tomorrow morning, so I'm worried about getting safely to work and back without something happening to my car.
Enjoy the last few days leading up to the big day Edge.Morning! This was the longest weekend ever lol. I was busy nonstop from the time I got home Friday right up till midnight Sunday night/Monday morning. It wasn't unexpected though. It just has put me behind on wrapping which I will have to make up for each night this week. I do not want to wrap any gifts on Christmas Eve. I always make sure that I am done by the 23rd. 4 days of work for me and then 4 days off for Christmas. Looks like we'll see near/slightly above normal temps for Christmas this year. After last year's it will be a definite improvement (20 degrees colder) but still not quite a white one since the snow we got Saturday has mostly melted. Have a great last Monday before Christmas!
