No, but I got an email from Herrschner's---they are also promoting a sale on Red Heart. I may have to look into that, as I just started a new "movie" afghan and need a main color ...

Ooooh---just checked Red Heart's site, and they have some great colors in With Love that I haven't seen yet!
As Herrschner's, when I allow for the price of shipping, I can get Super Saver less expensively locally, even with sales tax.

Hoping for a HAR update soon. Nitro update is the x-ray shows lungs have a little soreness but not much showing up on it. Gonna put him on another antibiotic and keep him on oxygen tonight. I rather them do that then rush him home today if they don't feel he's ready.

Poor guy, glad he will be on an antibiotic to help him heal, oxygen too.

Harlowe did eat a few bites for Reggie this morning. So I was happy about that, although I wish she'd eat way more than that! She is losing a lot of weight.
When I got home at lunch, she was very wobbly. I encouraged her to come outside for me, and I took her around the little block, we moved very slowly. She finally did what I needed her to do, it has been 5 days, but it scared me so I called the vet. And am having it tested. (Sorry, putting this as politely as possible) I hope to hear back today, and get some answers. Although I'm also scared to hear. When I left the house, she was still trembling and for the first time this week, followed me to the door. Made me sad. Reggie should be there now, checking on her. Hope she's drinking plenty of water.

It's so ridiculous that it had been lacking prior, but I'm glad they're finally taking care of your street the way it always should've been cared for. Yay! Maybe your mailman made it happen!

I think he would have mentioned it if he had! I'm thinking, though ... if a mailman or delivery driver had trouble driving on the street (or got injured or damaged their truck), the town would certainly have to do something about it. I hope nobody had to get hurt to get them to remove snow and ice more thoroughly.

Aw, your poor friend ~ so hard to lose a pet. Keeping her in prayer.
Praying that Moose continues to improve ~ he sounds like such a sweetie! Quite an ordeal to get the photos/video, but the way you put it made me laugh a bit. You really have a way with words!
Alligators! Do you have any pictures of them in your yard? That has to be scary!!Do they lurk or are they out in the open? Being from MI, it is hard to even imagine having them around!

I was going to suggest baby food. If she is taking water, you could thin out the baby food and have her drink a bit. When Trapper was having his spells, I would give him water and honey. He loved it (he had a sweet tooth!) and it kept him going until he could eat. Have you tried yogurt?

I cannot recall Edgar ever having purplish leaves. He gets indirect sunlight for most of the year and then in summer it is direct, but only if I open the mini blind all the way. His pot has to be adjusted every now and then as he likes to stick his leaves through said mini blind.

My long day is catching up to me. Hopefully I won't wake up so much tonight or an hour before the alarm goes off like this morning. Need to tidy things up and then I can relax for a bit and spend quality time with Palmer. Shooting for a 6:30 pm bedtime tonight as 2 am comes way too fast for my likes! To think that was my normal bedtime not too long ago. Things do have a way of changing just when you get comfortable. It is all good, though!
