I am not ready for Easter, I wanna go back to 2 weeks ago.Hot cross buns are in the supermarket. Oh oh here comes Easter!
I am already making my plans for the spring at work, we have St. Patrick's day on March 17, and ten days later (March 27) it's Easter. I have to figure out how to fit all the corned beef and ham in the coolers at the same time. That is a very quick turnaround for us to make on selling each item, considering we will be selling hundreds of each per week. (I can't forget the fresh turkeys either)
